I briefly met Todd during my time at an apparel company in Los Angeles. He was incredibly helpful, providing advice and even bringing in headers for reference. It’s stuck with me for years. It's nice to hear that this is typical of him.

Laughing out loud. I own the Ted Drewes hat he discusses. Have gotten smiles and thumbs up at Cardinals games in DC this past summer. It is definitely only a cool hat for folks like me whose mom grew up about 5 blocks from the main shop.
