Werfen sie keine sehnsüchtigen,traurigen blicke in die Vergangenheit zurück sondern konzentrieren sie sich auf diese Sekunde jetzt in diesem moment.denken sie an das was grade gut läuft.mach dir keine sorgen um morgen. Auch wenn es deine schlimmste Zeit grade ist du bist toll ❤du wirst geliebt ❤alles wird wieder gut,glaub mir einfach.Unterhalte dich mit anderen Personen üner deine sorgen und ängste sie werden dich nicht auslachen,da bin ich mir ganz sicher.das hoilft wirklich.traue dich. Ich selber hatte eine sehr schlimme zeit und habe durch Krankheit ein geliebtes tier verloren aber alles wird heilen gib niemals auf. Obwohl wir uns vermutlich nie sehen werden,habe eein schönes freies unbeschwertes Leben in Frieden❤
