Institute for Justice

Institute for Justice

Since 1991, IJ has come to the aid of individuals who want to do the simple things every American has the right to do-including own property, start and grow a business, speak freely about commerce or politics, and provide their children with a good education-but can’t because they find the government in their way.

IJ combines litigation, media relations, strategic research, boots-on-the-ground advocacy and much more to fight on behalf of those individuals who are denied their constitutional rights. IJ is successful in winning over 70 percent of its cases in the court of law, in the court of public opinion or through legislative reforms. IJ has litigated over 290 cases, including eight before the U.S. Supreme Court.

IJ has earned Charity Navigator’s top 4-star rating every year since 2001, which puts the Institute for Justice in the highest one percentile of the more than 9,000 nonprofits ranked each year by Charity Navigator.

It seems that the public servants in Texas don’t know their place. I think it’s time for them to go to prison for their Facist Party policies

2021 ? We've made leaps towards free speech in the past couple year's. . However reluctant departments will still put you threw the process. Suing is the only option to retrieving expenses.

Bullshit. Curtilage. They may be able to fly over and such, but they cannot enter on to private property for a fishing expedition.

The fbi knew what they did was wrong. They didn’t care they were took to court. It’s tax payer dollars that pay them. It gave the lawyers something to do. They will do it again.
