Sir, luggage is purely your choice. If you are able to manage your entire stay in Vietnam using only one carry on baggage then you can go ahead with it. If not, you might have to opt for check-in baggage as well. Also, if you tend to do shopping in Vietnam then carry on may not be sufficient for you. If you also carry items which are restricted in carry on then you might need check in baggage too. So it is basically your choice and your personal need when it comes to luggage. With respect to luggage limit, it varies from airline to airline. The standard weight category is as follows: Domestic flights in India: 15kg checkin + 7kg carry on Domestic flights in Vietnam: 20kg checkin + 7kg carry on Hyd to Vietnam: 30kg checkin + 7kg carry on Vietnam to Hyd: 30kg checkin + 7kg carry on

Day time should be good andi and optimum duration to cover floral fantasy, cloud forest and dome is 2 hours

Yes, you can go to Malaysia first using Malaysia free visa but to enter Singapore you will need Singapore Tourist Visa. If you have Singapore Tourist Visa then you can go to Singapore from Malaysia and fly back to Hyderabad from Singapore
