    Here's the bigger one as promised. I'm soso sorry that you're dealing w/ this. I'm proud of you , because you have managed to come this far. It's amazing how you did so. It's pathetic that ppl vent to you while you're venting to them. Nobody should cmnt like how they relate , because you're the one venting here. That's true that nobody knows how you feel , and nobody should take advantage of that. Ilysm , and please don't do anything that harms you. You're an amazing person , don't think negatively of yourself. I literally can't bear the thought of you hurt. I'm glad that you feel comfortable w/ me , and feel the ease to vent to me. 🤍 You're my favorite <3 You take away your own happiness to make other ppl happy. Please , don't do that. You should display yourself important as well. You're rlly dear to me , and important. You are a huge impact to my life. 🫶🫶 I'm soso sorry that you're dealing w/ anger issues. It's really an issue , sometimes it's js genetic. As ik how you got them , don't feel bad for it , they were annoying anyways. You shouldn't have been forced , as well. Nobody is born to be mature. We develop , the human brain fully develops at the age 21. So , your brain is still developing. Don't feel embarrassed for it. You were a kid , so it's natural for you to be childish. It's really , is natural. Here's some advices on anger issues 🤍 1. Think before you speak. 2. Once you're calm , express your concerns. 3. Exercise regularly - activities like yoga , walking , swimming and running can reduce stress. 4. Make sure you get enough sleep. 5. Make time to relax. 6. Try creative activities like writing , making music , dancing or painting to release tension. 7. Take a timeout. 8. Identify possible solutions. 9. Stick with 'I' statements. 10. Don't hold a grudge. 11. Use humor to release tension. 12. Relax your body. 13. Try mindfulness techniques. 14. Try to avoid rumination. 15. Take a cold shower. 16. Talk to a trusted person who's not connected to the situation. 17. Use up your energy safely in other ways. 18. Do some physical activity. 19. Check yourself. It's hard to make smart choices when you're in the grips of a powerful negative emotion. 20. Don't dwell. 21. Change the way you think. 22. Improve your communication skills. 23. Try to be active. 24. Recognize (and avoid) your triggers. 25. Admit that you are angry , to yourself and / or to someone else. 26. Believe you can control your anger. Tell yourself that you can ^^ 27. Calm down. Control your emotions. 28. Decide how to solve the problem. This step only works once you are calm. 29. Express yourself assertively. Ask for what you need. 30. Keeping your temper in check can be challenging. Use simple anger management tips ; from taking a timeout to using “I” statements , to stay in control. 31. In the heat of the moment , it's easy to say something you'll later regret. Take a few moments to collect your thoughts before saying anything. Also allow others involved in the situation to do the same. 32. Once you're calm , express your concerns ; As soon as you're thinking clearly , express your frustration in an assertive but nonconfrontational way. State your concerns and needs clearly and directly , without hurting others or trying to control them. 33. Physical activity can help reduce stress that can cause you to become angry. If you feel your anger escalating , go for a brisk walk or run. Or spend some time doing other enjoyable physical activities. 34. Timeouts aren't just for kids. Give yourself short breaks during times of the day that tend to be stressful. A few moments of quiet time might help you feel better prepared to handle what's ahead without getting irritated or angry. 35. Identify possible solutions ; Instead of focusing on what made you mad , work on resolving the issue at hand. Also , understand that some things are simply out of your control. Try to be realistic about what you can and cannot change. Remind yourself that anger won't fix anything and might only make it worse. 36. Stick with “I” statements ; Criticizing or placing blame might only increase tension. Instead , use “I” statements to describe the problem. Be respectful and specific. Ex ; “I'm upset that you ____” instead of “You never ____.” 37. Forgiveness is a powerful tool. If you allow anger and other negative feelings to crowd out positive feelings , you might find yourself swallowed up by your own bitterness or sense of injustice. Forgiving someone who angered you might help you both learn from the situation and strengthen your relationship. (Please , don't forgive easily , though) 38. Lightening up can help diffuse tension. Use humor to help you face what's making you angry and , possibly any unrealistic expectations you have for how things should go. Avoid sarcasm , though - it can hurt feelings and make things worse. 39. Practice relaxation skills ; When your temper flares , put relaxation skills to work. Practice deep-breathing exercises , imagine a relaxing scene , or repeat a calming word or phrase, such as “Take it easy.” You might also listen to music , write in a journal or do a few yoga poses or whatever it takes to encourage relaxation. 40. Know when to seek help ; Learning to control anger can be a challenge at times. Seek help for anger issues if your anger seems out of control , causes you to do things you regret or hurts those around you. 41. You can plan how to handle them and how to communicate when they do arise. But try not to be judgemental , or accusatory. But , be aware that this is probably upsetting for them to think about. I'm soso sorry that you have trust issues , it's a problem to deal with. You cannot trust others easily , you have your walls up. It's not quite easy to deal with. It's alright if you can't trust others easily. It's not a problem. It's natural if you have experienced something that you can't afford to trust anybody again. Here's some advices on them too !! 🤍 1. Starting slow. 2. Communicating your needs. 3. Trying therapy , like cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) ; it is a form of talking therapy that can help people overcome trust issues. 4. Learning to trust yourself can help. 5. Express your feelings and concerns. 6. Take small steps to rebuild trust. 7. Prioritize trust in your relations and model trustworthiness. 8. Seek to understand before being understood. 9. Practice forgiveness. (don't forgive others easily , though) 10. Seek professional help if needed. 11. Take responsibility for the role you played. (Don't blame yourself , though) 12. Don't let your trust issues affect you , your present and your future. You are an amazing person , you can pass thru it. 13. Allow time and space for grief. 14. Follow through on the small things. 15. Choose to practice vulnerability. 16. Attend to the deeper issues. 17. Co-create a new future. 18. Recognise that you already have the capacity to trust. 19. Learn what trust actually is. 20. Work on your self-trust. 21. Understand attachment theory. ADHD sucks , it's a mental health issue / disorder. It breaks your focus , and can be hard to focus. It's not your fault that you have it , it developed due to many reasons. Try to distract yourself from this negatively. Don't let your mind wonder into dark thoughts. Ilysm <3 I care for you a lot. I'm soso sorry that you have this. I'm sorry that you live in a terrible environment. It's really damaging you. Don't let it affect your whole life , ilysm. 🤍 You're an important person to me. You are in a terrible environment , it's not good for you. Don't let it affect you. You're a sweet person. Being a therapist friend can be hard , but please don't comfort others when you're not in the mood. It's overwhelming if you're not in the mood for comforting. Don't comfort others if you're not in the mood. If they are a friend , they'll understand. If they don't , then cut off contact w/ them. They're not worth your precious time. I'll always hear your problems , you can always vent to me if needed. I care for you a lot. I want you to be happy. I don't want you to feel left out. No , that's not fair. I'll be the listener. I'll listen to you. You don't have to vent everyday if you don't feel like it. But , please vent to me if you can't handle this all. Ilysm , js know that 🫶🫶 You matter to me sm. I hope this is long enough. Here's the previous one 🤍 : Xio , I'm soso sorry that you're feeling like this. Don't sh or anything that harms you , please. Those who don't give a fuck abt you , don't listen to them. I care for you sm , they're nothing. Nobody is perfect. Please , don't harm yourself. Ilysm and I always will. You're my favs , if you ever need to vent , always talk to me. I'll make sure you don't feel left out in our conversations , I'll always comfort. If you're having a shitty day , don't let it affect your whole life. If you have trauma , try to cope w/ it (which can be hard) , don't let it affect your whole life. You are strong , ik you can do it. Don't think negative of yourself , because you are not. You are an amazing person , an important person , an awesome person , a sweet person and any another positive things. Don't associate w/ those toxic people , it is affecting you. You are being damaged by this toxic environment. I want to hug you so badly , I'm soso sorry you're living like this. The statement , “we don't care” is not true. WE care for you a lot , always vent to me if you need / want to. Don't feel afraid , you NEED to feel loved. I'm glad that you feel comfortable w/ me <3 I do , too.     1. Pause and reflect on your feelings. 2. Work to build trust. 3. Boost your own confidence. 4. Focus on the positive by practicing gratitude. 5. Acknowledge your feelings of jealousy. 6. Find the root of your jealousy. 7. Use your jealousy to motivate yourself. 8. Be trusting of your friend. 9. Talk about it with other people. 10. Focus on your positive qualities. 11. Stop comparing yourself to others. 12. Reflect on your expectations. First and foremost, take a moment to reflect on your expectations regarding friendships. 13. Communicate openly. 14. Cultivate your own interests. 15. Embrace the value of different friendships. 16. Focus on quality time. 17. Seek support from others. 18. Trace it back to its source. 19. Voice your concerns. 20. Talk to a trusted friend. 21. Put a different spin on jealousy. 22. Consider the full picture. 23. Practice gratitude for what you have. 24. Practice in-the-moment coping techniques. 25. Recognize that jealously is usually a sign of insecurity. 26. Figure out why you feel jealous. Our jealousy of others has far more to do with our own self than it does with the other person. 27. Focus on abundance. 28. Find the positive in others' advancement. Js know , even if you feel jealous , it's not your fault. It's normal human emotions. Please , don't comfort others if you're not in the mood. Say that to them nicely (it might not be easy , but it's overwhelming if you're not in the mood. You have to try , ik you can do it !!) , they'll understand if they're a friend. If they're angry / upset that you have boundaries , then fucking cut off contact w/ them. They're not worth it.     i hope you're doing better. no one is forcing you to immediately stop harming yourself, but just know that it's not a healthy coping mechanism no matter what you have faced in the past and you should slowly try to get rid of it. if it doesn't make a difference to you whether you stop or not, think about how it makes a difference to others. i know this is something that people often say, but you shouldn't compare yourself and instead think about your own achievements. don't think about your mistakes, and think about what you could do to improve. im glad that you have someone who cares about you, appreciates you, and can give you advice when you need it. again, i hope you'll do much better in the future, we all love u :)
