  I see why you or one of your workers missed that scratch on the finder. Just before removing the trim from the finder the scratch was kinda of hidden behind it. But definitely should be a easy fix. Great work 👍!

  That job was unfortunately out of my hands. I had finished the job and it sat for 2 days in the sun. The customer showed up and demanded his vehicle then and now. I explained it was not ready but he didn't care.

  Why not hold the car till it’s ready for the customer? If the paint or sealer or clear coat, etc., wasn’t dry, you should not release the car. Common sense

  Anybody that has their car repainted knows that it is not, and will never be, as hard as the factory baked on finish. The paint is soft, takes 30 days as it slowly cures, and needs to be in the shade as it cures. Only dummies think that painting your car is similar to factory paint.

  They also will deny a engine replacement if the adjuster sees a Lyft or Uber sticker on the vehicle. Had one that had all oil change records and was about to approve the engine and backed out because it was used for "commercial use".
