I am an Indian Motorcycle Ambassador and a retired Air Force Logistics and Transportation Senior Non-Commissioned Officer. During my amazing 20 year career I traveled across the globe meeting amazing people and experience even more amazing cultures. Once I retired I decided that I want to travel the United States and what better way to do that than on America's 1st motorcycle, Indian, specifically my 2021 Indian Challenger Dark Horse. On this channel I take you along with me as I experience ownership of the Indian Motorcycle brand while meeting people and traveling to different destinations.

Can I ask how tall you are?
Doing your own maintenance saves alot of money PLUS you know that it's done right!

Thanks for taking the Lead
Yessir, thanks
Looking at thid for my first.
Good choice
Call me old school but.. where's the chrome. At least the pipe with a semi blacked out motor. That see.s to be the trend. other then that, the pipe is the only thing I don't like. A detachable rear seat would be cool too. Seriously looking into getting one. Looking at the 24 sport chief with the thunderstroke 116ci
Nice, I’m looking at the sport Chief too but, if you like the scout and want some chrome there are scout versions with chrome too just not the 101. I too am not a big fan of the exhaust but I’d change it anyways. Thanks for checking out the video 🤙🏿
Oh, It would be nice to have this Model RoadMaster, liquid cooled aswell, Be positive Indian Motorcycle's, This Guy is Bloody fussy doing this Road Test, Picking at this & that, At the end of the Day it's my opinion that counts not this Guy, Can't watch any more,
I love this bike and you are absolutely right it is the person's opinion that counts... I am simply detailing my thoughts on my honest, initial impressions of the bike, and given the opportunity I would add this bike to my garage without hesitation. IMC is the best American V-twin you can buy, at least in my opinion.
Youve got to admit, Since Indian Motorcycle's came under new ownership in 2012 ? Theve leeped froged H.D by miles, Aspesely this Model compared to H. D Electra Glide, a simerler model, This Indian motorcycle is full of Technology, Expensive yes, & The next MODEL up his liquid cooled , H.D are still thinking about it still,, 🤔🤔, Anyway. A brilliant motorcycle, no doubt about that, We'll Done Indian carry on the good work, God Bless America, 🇺🇸
I think IMC just gives the consumer a more complete product... not perfect but more complete. It is good to have options as a consumer and IMC is doing great things, I cannot wait for the 2025 Pursuit/Chieftain Elites to drop! Thank you and thanks for checking out the channel/video!
Thanks for the video Chief, I'm looking to do the very same thing to MY 2021 Challenger Darkhorse.
Absolutely, it's a simple check and fix... only cost me $10
The real important question is, "How is it you are losing coolant if you are?" You should not be losing coolant. Did you have it serviced previously and maybe it wasn't filled to capacity? Moving the wheel chock is a lot of work sort of. I just use a piece of 2x4 wood under my kickstand to level the bike, mine's a Yamaha and of course, make sure your bike is in first gear.
Right, I will be monitoring the level to make sure there is no funny business and this is the first time I've checked the level and during that time I have not seen any leaks, smells, or any funny business but I will be doing a follow up. The wheel chock really isnt all that bad... getting the bike up there on it is a lil different but overall not too bad, I need to get a lift LOL
You're good at the test, but listening to you suck and swallow your own snot for so long is just disgusting! In my own language: Καλός είσαι στο τεστ, όμως το να σε ακούμε να ρουφάς και να καταπίνεις τη μύξα σου τόση ώρα, μια σκέτη αηδία!
Investigating why the level is that low would be high priority, did you check the rad level?
Yup I looked for leaks and there are none, at least none visually. Additionally, this is the first time I've checked the level since I purchased the bike but I have been checking to make sure all is well. I'll do a follow up video.
Great video! Also, thank you for your Air Force service!
Thank you, and thanks for checking out the video
You're intro is so long winded I stopped watching. I took the time to make a comment because it was that slow.....2 min 40 seconds until you get to what your video is actually about. Love the charity but fell asleep with the delivery.
Thanks for checking out the video
I had the same problem with my 24Elite.
Yup when you rollin you gotta keep an eye on those fluids
This is good to know where to look and add coolant if my challenger is low. Thanks for sharing!
Yessir, glad to assist
Since it was so low on the pursuit you should really pull the tank and check the coolant level at the radiator cap. It's the only way to know for sure that it's completely full.
Copy that, I will be doing additional checks and I’ll be flushing the system after “riding season” which is why I bought so much fluid🤙🏿
Yeah that was a lot to take off the other bike to fill it.
Yup, if I had the stock seat it would take like 2secs but the stock seat was made for a tiny person lol
I find it amusing that a 557 lb bike is considered light in the U.S. Sheesh.
HAHA right, well my bike (Pursuit) comes in at an elegant 900+ lbs but feels light as a feather when you ride it.
Facts let’s try some ice water for 24” hours
Ima try my house until the afternoon LMAO
Our first Chapters Tour it was hottt when we got to Hells Gate Indian (fitting right) and they had a few cooling vests, I think they pretty much sold out 😆 if you can get em soaked good and during the ride in the day they make a big comfort feeling difference. Also congrats on getting the Chapter going Prez! Some of the most rewarding hard work an Indian Motorcycle owner will take on.
I appreciate it! Yeah, for whatever reason that day was just the hottest day of the season so far. Maybe it was just a fluke, we went out today and no issues... then again we did get rained on too LOL
I blacked out after you said 42 Grand darn now I have to watch the video again
LOL yeah the pockets can get a bit of a shock sometimes. I am glad you have recovered though :P so you can check out the rest of the video!
@@FinesseTheChallenger thx great channel! Keep up the great work
Thanks for the review video. I was contemplating getting a cooling vest but hesitated for the same reason you don’t recommend it. Don’t think putting on a wet shirt to go riding in the heat is appealing to me. Still thinking about it though. Prevention of over heating is a good point. Still thinking about it
Yeah, I really would have been curious to know how Mrs. Finesse would have felt if she had it on during the St. Simons run... She was not doing well after that ride so we may do another test the next time we take a longer ride.
Got them on Finesse and they are Amazing ! Brings the bike to life with a nice Rumble at cruising speed ! And they look outstanding ! Thanks again for the video review and Safe Riding !
Niiiiiice, glad you like them. Try not to rev it too much hahahahaha!!!! My son stays on the throttle when he rides it LOL.
Yep riding in anything over 85 - 90 degrees is rough, especially on an air/oil cooled bike. Anything would help, but am I going to spend $50 on it ? Don't think so .....
Well since our bikes are fully liquid cooled we didn't completely cook and yeah, spend that cash on something else lol... the search continues!
Bro!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😎 Congrats on IMRG- Salute 🫡 President! (here comes another bro) Bro!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😎 That’s Wasup that your son has his motorcycle license and is now rolling with the GREATS!!!!!!!!!!!! 🫡🫡
Yoooooooooo! Thanks... yup the Kid is rollin on the Scout he loves riding not to mention that that bike sounds like a monster (...but he's always revving it LOL "we know it's loud hahahaha)
Congratulations from IMRG Egypt 🇪🇬 ✌️✌️ have fun and great video as always
Aye, I lived in Cairo for a couple years! That's fantastic you have an IMRG out there...I appreciate the support!!
@@FinesseTheChallenger yea we have Indian Motorcycle in Egypt for 2 years now, its growing slowly but still going in the right direction, i am the president of imrg egypt chapter and its been a year almost a year now. So you lived here n Cairo for 2 years hope it was good and maybe see you here again ✌️✌️good lick once again ✌️
I just wear my mesh and make sure I have my hydrapeak water bottle
Yeah I think the mesh jacket and a drink in my cupholder is the way to go!
People's People's people!! Another great one!!! Happy 4th!
Pfft, man I'm out here just trying to make it happen LOL. Looks like you had a good 4th as well based on your last video... still doing clean up eh? LOL
@@FinesseTheChallenger haha my 4th was very good!!! 14 hour party and literally had like 18 kids running wild.. good times
What’s good sir… Salute 🫡
Wuddup, Wuddup! Thanks for checking in!
Nice video keep up the good work
Appreciate you!
Congrats on getting IMRG in Savannah up and running again! Look forward to riding together in SE Region events! Vest a great idea, we had massive temps on our trip to Sturgis last month and even a cooling towel around the neck made a huge difference - the wet was good, maybe on skin around the neck only! 🤘
Thanks, I've been checking out your videos. That's fantastic that you guys put on that big of a ride hopefully our IMRG will be doing the same...if not I know who to tag along with LOL. Yeah, I didn't like the wet feeling from the vest... there has to be a better way???
@@FinesseTheChallenger for sure! Cooling towel around the neck worked!
I just bought one. Ontario canada
Awesome! What number did you get??
@@FinesseTheChallenger i dont know the number yet. I can read it in the pic
@@Johnrider1234 ahhh you just just bought it then... I see well congratulations!!
@@FinesseTheChallenger yes. Have not picked it up yet
Welcome to the Tribe 🍻🤘🏻
Awesome video. Your breakdown and knowledge of the new and the previous bikes was great. However, the music was a bit too loud when you were recording the ride. It became a competition between your voice and the beats lol. Cheers
Ahhh... I have been working on getting the balance right and it seems a few more tweaks are needed. I appreciate the feedback and thanks for checking out the channel/video.
Great video and good luck with the IMRG.
Thanks, and I am really excited to get this thing rolling.
Well done, Finesse. I ride with one of those cooling vests from time to time. Yeah, you will be wet for sure. I ride an hour plus from work. I take 2 cold water bottles and a gallon ziplock bag , which I keep my vest during the day. Pour both water bottles in the vest and squeeze the vest to help absorb the water. It should hold most of the water and not drip all over the place. You will get that true cooling feeling of cold ac. I wear it under my mesh jacket. Product good not bad. Well done, honest review of the vest. Keep riding and enjoy.
Ah that is awesome, I had not thought about using it as an underlayer maybe that is the piece of the puzzle that was missing. Ugh now more research needs to be done...thanks LOL. Seriously though, I'll have to try that out.
My man, congratulations on becoming president and continued success on your channel. It was because of your channel it inspired me to purchase the 2024 version of that motorcycle in that particular color...
Thank you! I appreciate you supporting the channel... Congratulations on your Pursuit and I am glad that I was able to assist you or provide you with information on making your decision. That is what makes all this worth the effort, Thank You! I also see that you are a Cowboys fan, ME TOO!
@FinesseTheChallenger Oh yeah, brother ☆
They sell the same thing at cycle gear
Word, I think I'm done with those vests I might just start riding at night LOL
You might have to add cup holders to the bikes to keep cool. I added the Ciro Big Ass Cup holder on my Indian Challenger because living in San Antonio TX can be brutal without a cold drink near you! 😂 great video!
Oh heck ya, we have the same cup holders... I was just hoping the vests would do better than what they did.
Riding in hot weather can be BRUTAL! Anything that makes you feel a little cooler on a long hot day, should help.
100% Cue... I just don't like the wet feeling of the vest it's just a bit too much for me lol.
Nice informative video. I still will probably get one and try it out.
Kev! Yupper check it out and let me know how it goes.
What handlebars you have on your bike
I have the Folsom Prison +8 handlebars from Tab Performance, here is the video I did on them... kzread.info/dash/bejne/h36jqc-zYMSTnbw.html
great vid Sir. It's just HOT out period... lol...
Hey Terry!!! Absolutely! It's hot, we almost didn't go but when the homie calls we roll out!
Cooling riding gear is not needed this side of the pond "not this year🤬" Good luck with the IMRI Chapter👍
Yeah, this summer is hotter than I remember from last year, and thanks!
great video man that Elite looks so pretty in the background
Yeah, Mrs. Finesse is riding in style LOL... I'm not jealous at all.
What do you think of the indian road master elite
I think it's fantastic, especially since they started numbering them... I think that was a much-needed addition. I can't wait to see the rest of the Elite lineup! Here is the review I did on the RM Elite. kzread.info/dash/bejne/gnWVp7GKZqS0c5s.html
Great video Why were the round light going out at different times?
Thanks! It’s just the refresh rate of the video… the lights are actually solid no fading
Nice video, seems like just what Im looking for thanks! PS: what kind of camera mount do you use on the rear end? Looks great!
That’s the insta 360 camera… I have it attached to my waist with a belt mount
is the seating more comfortable with the new one?
IMO I think any seat is more comfortable than the out going bobber seat. The ridge in the rear of the seat always made my tailbone hurt. The Rogue seat is the best option IMO for the scout line
Good video, I just ordered this bike yesterday!
Thanks and congratulations 🤙🏿🤙🏿
I have been looking at this bike for a bit. Potentially going to get rid of the FTR for it. But can I say I subscribed to you man and I do not understand how you don’t have more subs. Your content quality is amazing. Beautiful camera work good audio love it bro!⚡️⚡️
I appreciate it! Glad you were able to get some useful information from the video. If I had it my way I’d have a million subs🤣 but now I’m one person closer thank you…it really does mean a lot I try my best to make it look good
