  + - 10 years old CPU, i think you must stay with 980 ti for now, dont worted upgrating anyfing, if you wanted better fps performance i think you must save money for brand new pc, this system is coool 10 years old +- and peforming like this its crazy, you can play with i7-4790+Gtx 980 Ti allll games on 1080 p resolucion, I don't think it's worth investing money for this system, I myself in the past had more powerful computer with Ryzen 5 5600X + RX 6650 XT 8 GB, now I'm completely satisfied with i7-4790K+GTX 980 Ti

  Cpu bottlenecking because you have B450 Pcie3.. Try enabling or disabling Sam Resizable Bar.Change your motherboard you will get more fps than this.

  if you only want to play warzone and fortnite, sell your computer and buy an xbox series s/x console, because you can connect a mouse and keyboard there and play like on personal computer, but if you want to play more games, then I don't know, maybe try sold your computer, but my advice is not the best, it's hard to give good advice here, unless you have to pay a lot of money to a computer technician to look it up what is the reason that game runs bad, sorry bro, it's very difficult to give any wise advice

  I’m gonna try to update my BIOS. Or Enable SAM. Or uninstall new driver and install latest ones to try. If all that things not gonna work out im gonna lose my shit and buy an rtx 3060 ti. I tried all that things before, except updating bios so im gonna update it and try all of that things again. Thanks for the advice tho but i dont want a consol.

  Rtx 3060 Ti awesome, I was playing with Rtx 3060 Ti PUBG and I get like 160-180 fps on high settings with 1080 p resolucion, but I was have like 90 deegres temperature with Zotac Twin Edge Rtx 3060 Ti, and I deupgraded to asus dual rx 6650 xt

  up to 80 degrees is still acceptable, but over 80 degrees is already bad, you have to think something to do, maybe the thermal paste should be changed, or install a better cooling fan, or do anything else

  75 degrees it's normal temperature under load for gpu. If you will change gou settings to lover values gou temperature decrease too. But gpu load will be around 99% and fps value will be higher

  And what is your pc case cooler setup. Bad airflow in case can be one of the problem why gpu and CPU temperature is higher.
