I'm not sure I agree that it's pointless. Good credit can be useful if you know what you want to do with it. Once people make money they can find thier way around anything. Even with property and investments, I still don't agree using your debt for everything. I've known people where everything was tied up in debt they were leveraging, and it all came crashing down
