  i worked at walmart years ago i wanna say about 8 years now. i bought a miffy doll and strapped it to my cart everyday as i was a stocker on the floor. i used to give it away every month or so to a random kid or baby that passed by. Anyway i used to say praise miffy and everything else and i got everyone on my shift to start saying praise miffy. i miss those days but it was funny cause i got verbal warnings for doing "unprofessional conduct" on work premises. i miss my miffy doll i really need to order a new one. she had a cute blue shirt she always wore.

  That's a smock/baby doll dress. A bubble dress is what was worn in 2009 by teen celebrities and typically was a tube dress with a poofy skirt and the hem is sewn to create a large bubble-like pouch structure for the bottom of the dress. You can google it easily
