    Thankyou so much. This is a very powerful yog nidra hence it is not reconmended to do it for more that 10 minutes without guidance. You may attend Guru Maa's sessions online or offline so that you can practice it for a longer period but in Her direct guidance.

    I am here to tell everyone that please don't get panic and dont take stress....this problem can be cured by yoga....my mom has it for like 9 years and she did yoga in 2020 for 4 months for the 1st month her tinnitus frequency got low and then in the 3-4 month it was completely gone.....even i had tinnitus from 2023 jan i got scared first couldn't sleep and later its frequency got low and now i have started doing yoga its much better now you have to be consistent and dont think about those noices in your head...
