Given an opportunity to offer my advise to the president of the republic of Kenya H.E Dr. William Samoei Ruto on his next cabinet, I would respectfully tell him to set the bar highest above what everyone thinks can happen. I would propose that he makes Ministerial positions so competitive ensuring that most people excempt themselves from the positions. I would advise that he take the creme de la creme in the academic front and say that none of his cabinet secretaries will be of lesser qualification than a PhD academically. This would become a surprise to many and reduce competiotion for the positions. The cabinet will therefore be a cabinet of Doctors and Professors. Then ensure that the Professors and Doctors Cabinet Secretaries are appointed in their line of speciality, or relatively close. I would give a list of people who can make it to your cabinet in my opinion. PROF. KITHURE KINDIKI - Attorney General PROF. ROBERT JALLANGO AKELLO - Information, ICT & Digital Economy PROF.
