    HI ,thanks . I love these batteries as do Makita , so if your deciding to replace now that they fit in current stuff you get your answer . Solder your normal wire and use this flux for SS if you want , it smells but makes quick work of soldering 18650s. 35ml Stainless Steel Flux Solder, Stainless Steel Liquid Solders, Durable Water Liquid Solders.... Lol.

    Thank you. Your video helped me fix my window vac. My motor would not move at all and the light would flash red. Opened it up with help from your video and it seems the motor was knocked out of place slightly (Prob from multiple drops). Works like normal now. Thanks again.

    Just followed your fix and thought it had solved it because it sounded much better. But still doesn't run for more than a few seconds. Just checked the battery and it reads 2.7v after a full charge but it says 3.7v on the side. So I presume the battery is stuffed, which is annoying because it's only 2 or 3 years old and it's soldered in place so won't be so easy to fix as a squirt of oil 😭

    Hi mate, could be blocked with dust or the battery is not seated correctly. 1.Try turn it on without the brush head part connected, To see if that's jammed up. 2. Take the air filter out the back(one with two clips) and look down the hole of the main unit at the back there is a plastic grill on the hoover see if there dust booking it, try remove it with tweezers if you can. 3. Try wiggle or push the battery and check the connection are clean and not broken. 4. Try a friend's battery 😀 Hope you fix it!

  • @sol05033149
    @sol050331494 жыл бұрын

    Also somtimes when you push the battery in, the connection on the UNIT itself might get pushed back if they are loose/broken. Try add some folded up paper on the back of the battery terminal to hold it in place or a toothpick.
