  It's a piece of meat in Germany called „Lachsschinken“. It’s from the same part of the pig you take pork chops from, more specific the back muscle and because of the color it’s called „Schweinelachs“ so „Pig-Salmon“. The meat then gets smoked and has a really light flavor. I hope that helps ^^

  Just found this... saved it & subscribed. Going to make with diced ham in place of the bacon. Wilt some spinach in there. Maybe some diced zucchini too. Thx for the video

  Those are actually called stuffers Italian restaurant in the state of Maine called amatos makes those all the time those only real different is the sauce is not directly put in them. It's on the side you can dip them in
