  If I could give ZERO stars I would. I placed an order in a more than timely fashion for a pre-Valentine's Day delivery, paid for my order in full and low and behold, delivery day was here and I received less than half of my order because what I did get was partially wilted and ruined. I reached out to their on-line chat because they do not answer their phone or it's constantly busy and demanded to speak with someone and they informed me that I would hear someone via email. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE A SCAM.

  If only the packaged all their flowers like this. The lilies aren't packaged like this. Which resulted in damaged flowers. They claim they guarantee the best quality flowers which is bullshit. My fiancé gets me flowers every month and January's flowers were damaged. Global roses did a re order only for it to arrive damaged. (Because of how its shipped) instead of doing the right thing and replacing it I'm told I should go elsewhere where the quality is to my standard. Mind you I received 20 lily stems and 10 of those were damaged
