I hope that UConn-UMass becomes a major event in the future that is similar to ones like Army-Navy and Florida-Georgia. It will probably take place at Gillette Stadium every year, or possibly Fenway Park or Yankee Stadium.

The worst going back to work Monday of my life and that includes lots of Mondays after Thanksgiving. A&M lost to Army when I was in the Army. To make it worse, I was there. Fightin Texas Aggie band 1970.

KState was terrible in 1966. 1965 0-10 1966 0-9-1 1967 1-9 18-77 during the entire decade of the 60s. That being said, I can't wait to play Army again in 2025!!

Yo! WOM, RTP and TPS should collaborate to create a high-quality video to reveal the week 1 uniforms. Something like Shilo's commitment video or like the Army and Navy reveal their uniforms a week prior to the game to set the stage and to get the fan base fired up. Can't wait to see CU take the field on September 2!

I watched this game as a Navy (former Army) LCDR. Thought the 52 yard FG attempt was a fake, until it WASN"T! Still a game record.

There is a popular notion among many sportswriters that the service academies were loaded from other schools and didn’t send their best players to war. On the contrary, the student body stayed small (less than 2500 authorized), the admission requirements did not change, and they graduated four classes a year early starting in 43, further depleting the available students. ESPN’s history of college football is the worst.

who will have the cleanest uniforms by the end of the game?...why the wide receivers of course who every year are completely ignored in this running obsessed rivalry that has been using the same four run plays for the last 30 years.
