Appreciate the honesty. No sugar coating. It is what it is. Even though it's your personal opinion, I find it to be pretty accurate. I've had Japanese friends who were not necessarily bad people but the way they were moulded by the society seemed like they were a little cold. Maybe a bit too materialistic or success driven. But then again some Japanese friends were extremely kind and supportive. I would say it depends on person to person.

IV lived in Japan for 10 years wife is Japanese loved living here and never thought i would say this ever ,but me and my wife have had enough and look forward to starting a new life in Europe at first Japan seems perfect but live long enough and cracks appear . Guess it's no different from other country's but i'm not going to go into details so looking forward to a change and so is my wife.Just want to relax and enjoy life .

my mom tells me how japanese people really like and are intrigued by how we can drive big cars on big roads anywhere across the united states (i dont drive because i am 15 years old). i agree with pretty much all your points and i also can see how japanese are kinda isolated and not friendly.

i disagree about japan are isolated, i think you wrong, for what they can holdings the olympics if they are isolated, and for what they have many rules writen in english if they are isolated, Sorry i disagree about that, japan is really modern what i thought, many have admitted it. Indeed they are not perfect, but they are still livable

こんばんはー。ここまで詳しく動画で説明してる人がいたとは。戸籍とうひょん笑 日本とオーストラリアに別に住んでる状態でも事実婚で申請して永住権の取得は可能ですか?日本で2年以上の同居歴はあります。家が近かったので互いの家を行ったり来たり、私が長期で相手宅に泊まってたのですが、賃貸契約等で共同名義のレシート類は持ってなくて、あるのは色んな場所で撮影した写真やトーク履歴スクショです。
コメントありがとうございます。 同居歴があっても一緒に住んでいたという証明ができなければパートナービザの申請対象にならないのではないかと思いますが、ビザは色々な形で承認されることがるので、質問者様のケースが承認されるかは正直わかりません... ビザは一度支払いすると承認されようがされまいが返金されないので、移民弁護士等もう少し専門の方に確認してから始められたらいいかと思います😔

コメント失礼します。 過去5年にオーストラリアとcoopビザで2カ国とも半年以上滞在していました。 この度、カナダワーホリビザを取得中ですが、Police Certificateの要請がきました。その際、2箇所Police Certificate 欄があります。その場合はオーストラリアとカナダの2種類のPolice Certificate を提出しなければならいということなのでしょか?
ご質問・コメントありがとうございます! ちょっとご質問からは汲み取れなかったのですが、coopビザで滞在していた国はカナダという理解で正しいでしょうか?基本通算で1年以上滞在歴がある場合に無犯罪証明書を提出しなければいけないので、もし半年以上一年未満なら通常のルールですと提出条件からは外れると思います。どちらの国にいらしたにせよ、一年以上なら全ての国の分を提出するべきです。が、今回一年未満であっても要請が来たのであれば、従うべきだと思います。日本の無犯罪証明書も日本在住であれば関連してくると思うので、どの国のことかは正直私では判断できません...。不明なことは直接問い合わせた方が確実だと思います!!

コメントありがとうございます!私はパスポートと国際免許証を持っていたのでそちらを利用しました。移民ビザの申請関係で日本の免許証の翻訳と公証つきの書類も持っていたのですが、シンプルに提示できる国際免許証の方を選びました。正直他に提示できるものは何か思いつきません...私はカナダの免許証も持っていたのでそれも使えたかもしれませんが、それはみなさんが持っているとは限りませんし...。経験上、国際免許証を作ってしまう方(¥3000くらい)が翻訳するより安いと思います。参考になれば幸いです♪
追記: もし可能であればXL-IDの方に事情を説明するのもありだと思います。案外海外はそういうのにフレキシブルな対応をしてくれるかもしれませんので!まあ無犯罪を証明するものなので厳しいかもしれませんが...
