Thanks for such a nice video. I have been an ardent fan of Nani Palkhivala.
I Agree, privacy has been tossed out of the window very long time ago
ICSE school के अंदर जिलाधिकारी बिना आदेश के नही घुस सकते।😂

Sir eagerly waiting for next edition of your Book on Constitution of India.
Dear, Arvind, after this series please take us through Magna Carta, Federalist papers, and why do British go by Precedent, and not the written constitution no Anchor required to them.
SIR, BRITAIN DOES NOT HAVE A WRITTEN CONSTITUTION IN THE FIRST PLACE. BRITAIN IS GOVERNED BY CONSTITUTIONALISM WHICH HAS EVOLVED THROUGH A LABORIOUS PROCESS AND PRECEDENTS OVER THE YEARS.
Seervai put his entire life on his book but they publish it in the very bad paper sheets. Let it cost say 1000-2000 more for the quality clothes his words wear. Students will pay who crave for his philosophy and concepts, what he has added or grinned to fill the gaps/voids if there is any.
Dear, Arvind, something a little out of context I’ll try to elaborate I am a constitutional law student and always wanted to read it with blade like precision because I love the philosophy behind liberty, fraternity, duty and equality and firmly believe that my constitution has the best of it as other countries and the divine has given/gifted us”Indians”best of their concepts “as I always hear and read that we borrowed (I don’t feel it’s the perfect word experts should use. Sounds to me of kind of setback just like the word reservation sounds). What I want to request you sir please get a beautiful book printed of Constitution of India in a kind of Moleskin or my paper book kind of diary format with a soft cover and the pages should be like used by Anson’s contract book published by Oxford university press the old one(what an amazing paper sheets smells really amazing with age) there is a copy of it in the library near canteen of the corridor where portraits of legal luminaries are hung 😅,. Sir I feel that the kind of fonts and paper sheets used in our books are of very very bad quality chemically washed in the name of recycled and eco friendly just like electric vehicle which uses fossil fuel indirectly (thermal energy, silicon ,lithium) the cover pages too are not good or pleasant to look at with a plastic foil over it hard cover too has kind of cheep with glittery golden silver coloured. I love to read on books Everyman classics they have got some amazing taste for paper sheets and it’s cover with pleasing fonts and architecture little expensive but very very cheep compared to our obesity and inflation standards. I love you and your lectures.
🙏🙏🙏
Defectors did not stop defecting just because Rajiv Gandhi government inserted Schedule X. It is just that defection became more complicated. It is best that this Schedule X is removed. Monetary cost should be imposed if an elected representative changes his party. Recover the cost of election from him. Pecuniary liability is a great leveller.
I had read about Nani Palkhiwala giving a brief of the Budget immediately after the finance minister gave an official budget to the nation. I had read that how people were more eager to hear it from 'Nani'. I am happy to witness this recorded video of the same. Thank you Datar Sir for sharing this with us.
Good job
Leave and licence agreement which is unstamped, unregistered is admissible in arbitration, can I take a plea that no law in karnataka or in easement act no such requirement of registration hence just because it is not registered doesn't render it inadmissible.
Sir, undoubtedly ur understanding of tax law in the constitution is outstanding.
Sir has a capacity to present complex issue in such a manner that any laymen can understand .He is a true legend.
Dear when u write books how u determine the structure of books. Until 1998 there could have been lots of books on constitution how did u made sure u book is different from all other that came before
Great arguement sir 🙏
Sir.. is living Legend..
Sir, you are amazing story teller with content.
Mr.Datar’s point needs to be considered by the Competition Commission .
whatever we study, learn, and present or beg before the Hon'ble courts, it's not easy to get the results/appreciation from present judges, judges are not ready to accept young advocates specifically in lower courts.
Thank you forth this video
Datar Sir, your insightful conversations are truly enlightening. Kindly consider uploading more videos in the near future. The reason for such a request is that your talks go beyond mere legal realm, offering valuable insights into how a lawyer should operate to attain success. Of course, books are one way to understand, but in today's e- world such videos are highly appreciated, thanks sir.

Thank you for this scintillating discussion on critical aspects of our constitutional democracy 🙏🏼
Sir i watched your video yesterday itself it was more clear. Whenever you deliver ask the cameramen or organisers to give original copy of the lecture. It becomes more interesting.
Excellent Lecture Sir , Thank you 🙏
Nani Palkhivala could easily get a crowd of 50k to 100k by speaking facts and figures and explaining logic at Brabourne Stadium❤. While todays media is screaming their lungs out as they rapidly shift camera angles just to get trp😅
