  Sparring is important if you want to fight. Mainstream aikido schools don't do that so it's best to do cross training and sparring in competitive martial art gym before doing this kind of stunt

  So,just from a quick 3minute Google... Aikido isnt about fighting as much as it's about pretending to care about fitness with a self defense theme. I think originally it was developed to be a way for post war Japan to maintain an attachment to their history. The westernized version is for grandmothers and chubby guys with pony tails that have convinced themselves that they're an athlete.

  People always commentin on how scared Jon looks here. The mans still human despite how great he is. Certain people will strike fear into u, and some for good reason. Imagine if he got to fight someone like Francis who's basically an even bigger, more powerful version of Rampage and Rumble (R.I.P), y'all don't think he'd be a bit scared? Of course he would, but he is a psychopathic genius and he would transmute that chemical response into workable energy for a victory. That's what all the greats do!
