The book of Mormon does not complement the Bible. The Bible was written before Mormonism even existed. There is no archaeological proof of the cities the people the animals Joseph Smith claimed there is no evidence and if there is no historic fact then that means it was made up Joseph Smith is a false profit.

You can get revelation from a fallen angel who seeks to deceive you or you can get revelation from a faithful angel seeking to point you to the truth of God. How do you know which one you’re dealing with? How do you know which one Joseph smith dealt with? Bible believing Christians know to test all spirits and to do so against the word of God aka the Bible. Joseph smith failed that test and so Mormons fail that test. May God give them the clarity to see this.

Yes what you aaid is true. However Mormonism is a different gospel that preachs herisy. How so: first and foremost we cant become gods, the psalm is not to be taken literally. The father was never in the flesh. Only Jesus Christ was manifest in the flesh. There was no God before god as told in Isaiah 43 and the chapters superseding it. I don't say this ti attack Mormons but to say this. Jesus Christ is the only way and the Bible is the word of God. The book of Mormon has contradictions. And Joseph Smith preached heretical ideas.

But if you read the new testament seeking to understand Jesus and know Jesus, you can't equate the character of Christ and his personality to that of LDS representations. They dont sound the same, or even have the same character. Thats not even going into how LDS salvation says that Christ wasn't enough and that we need to do works in the temple to earn our salvation or the salvation of dead people after the fact. Truth is that Jesus is salvation and there is no other means whereby we obtain it. Temple ordinances trample all over the Lords work and sacrifice.
