Pay attention children, an adult is talking. Sometimes their modest professionalism makes them difficult to stand out from the usual KZread mall ninjas. While the rest of us are making a car emergency kit with a $30 Jansport backpack we reappropriated from our children, Special Agent Burton is using a $595 filson tin cloth rucksack. Think this guy takes this stuff seriously? Pay attention to the stuff he puts in his bag.

The economic and military power of China and America cannot be compared. According to one of the elders, China is a great continental power, but America is only hyper power of the world. Love 🇺🇸 from Afghanistan/khorasan

Chinese " coercive" activities would not have been necessary at all if the US only knows how to behave as a law abiding global citizen. No one in Taiwan identifies him/herself as Chinese culturally!!!??? Reveals how ignorant this guest is who has the arrogance to comment on the situation as if he's some sort of " authority" or "expert". He chooses to ignore the fact that Taiwan (Formosa) was returned to China in the Potsdam and Cairo Declarations after Japan's unconditional surrender in WW2. The Shanghai Communique 1972 spelled out unequivocally that Taiwan is a part of China. This is further verified and confirmed by 2 other joint Communiques, one by Carter and the other by Reagan, which also commits to the complete withdrawal of American troops from the island as well as the cessation of supply of arms. The UN and ALL its members bar 9 insignificant island vassal states of the US, recognises and accepts the fact that Taiwan is a part of China. Do all these facts matter? The US have a history and track record of breaking EVERY treaty or agreement they've made right from day one of their stealing North America from the First Nation's peoples to the JCPOA with Iran and more. The US have NO CREDIBILITY, NO BELIEVABILITY AND ABSOLUTELY AND TOTALLY NOT TRUSTWORTHY! This guest is a truth bender!

Both Macedonia and Byzantine empire ( for the majority of its life span) were Greeks, using the word "ruled Greece" is misleading as these empires represented ancient and medieval Greece.

It's kind of interesting that the course of the war has been the inverse of this video Once the decapitation strike it became a race to take the Dnieper After that failed a further retreat from Kharkiv was forced Followed by losing ground across the lower Dnieper, making g wholesale annexation of the southern coast impossible and relegating themselves to the land bridge Finally, Recently Russia has started probing along the whole border to weaken Ukranian concentration.

Those Tibetans rallying anti China are the remnants of the landlords of Tibet. They want to get back lands and their slaves. They're free to go back to Tibet. Why not take that chances and advantages going back to Tibet and reclaim their lands and slaves back. What are they scared of?

As a manager I'm 100% convinced that culture drives performance and that the manager that wants to run the most efficient business or department works on the culture first. Communication, direction of focus, teamwork etc. all have to be addressed early. The interesting part is that being hired during challenging times, like Covid as mentioned above, is an opportunity to make those important changes quicker. I worked in Iraq during the war and found that the fast turn over was often my friend when setting up at a new base. Employees that had followed incentive patterns set up by predecessor that encourage venal, self-serving, uncommunicative, uncooperative actions were numerous. After all, the previous managers knew they weren't going to be there long either. Yet, the remolding of culture was always, and is always, an uphill battle. Once you're rewarded for poor behavior, it's hard to trust that the 'new way' isn't just a trap. I remember one employee referring to the new way as "setting me up for the okey dokey", as if I spent enormous time and effort wanting to hurt her, not build a better culture. It's sad but true that turnover is sometimes your friend for the truly resistant. That said, it was always worth the struggle. Within a year, people would apply in droves to get into my departments.

Increasing awareness of the colonial/imperialist past and cold war atrocities committed by western states fuels increasing distrust and radicalization. These same institutions that were responsible for such horror are still in power. How can anyone trust their messaging if one is armed with the knowledge of history? Western states can either have their legitimacy reduced due of their own openness to information, or become more repressive in a doomed attempt to avert this fate. There is a reason why China is so censorious with information domestically, because they understand that this knowledge can be corrosive to trust in institutions and the state.
