What I enjoy the most is to see you running or walking along a road, where all pressure falls away, and you talk about meaningful things in life, both big (like your mission) and small (like the miles you ran or the weather or the sales you made). It feels like "living in the moment." If you have time, I recommend watching the movie "Soul" released by Pixar in 2020.
Thank you, I’ll definitely give Soul a watch!
Hey Nathan I subscribed initially because of you D1 walk on content because, as I told you in the SFH indoor meet last January, I was a D1 walk on at BYU 50 years ago. But I enjoy all your videos because I admire your courage and good heart.
Thank you
Great shoes and great transitions!!
Thanks
Nathan, no need to mind the view count. Most if not all of the time people aren't interested to see the persistence behind success. It's absolutely okay if you don't make new videos as often as you did. I'm with you all the time.
You’re AWESOME man!!!!!! Thanks 🙏
Keep pushing man!
Just remember Richard everything in this life is temporal but the next life is eternal. Be ready 🙏
So true, thanks!!!!
Did you make the track and Xc team at all
No not this year, I’m going on a mission for my church, so when I get back in 2 years. I’ll try out again. Thanks for the support!
@@Running_Revolution you’re welcome
My son will be moving into an identical apartment in building 14 this year, your video helped me SO much with knowing the layout and what we'll need for him!!! He's on his mission until 3 weeks before school starts so it's going to be crunch time, thanks!
Thanks for the comment, I’m glad the video was helpful. That’s exciting that your son is staying in Heritage Halls, I know he’s going to love it!
Summer sales is hard hard work. I'm proud of you for sticking it out, learning from the lows, embracing the highs. Whether you makes two sales or 20 or bagel for a week, none of it changes your divine worth as a Son of God. You are an outstanding young man with great things to come. Thank you for including me and your viewers in this part of your journey. You got this! or better said, God's got this and He has you.
Great insights Nathan. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for inviting us to your BYU experience! It's been a great journey following you. I hope everything goes well for your mission and the rest of your college life!
Thanks so much!
I’m so glad you had this opportunity. Such great memories and experiences to help you prepare for the mission.
I hope BYU was fun for you this year!
Amazing man! 👏
how was it?
Super fun trip. Didn’t race my best, but still a great trip with the team.
Please tell the prise brother ₹₹???
It’s going to be around $400, and released in very limited quantities
@@Running_Revolution thanks brother
Womp womp 1st
You earned yourself another subscriber today! What a blast. And that was DEFINITELY not my music *cough cough*
The clip at the end with the wave, is from the last time I was in California for an XC meet in high school.
welcome to SoCal1 I hope you're liking it here so far
It was fun. Great weather!
Hey Nathan...as you know I am following you and admire your commitment to accomplish your goals. I walked on at BYU for cross country under Coach Sherald James who was also Ed Eyestone's coach. And just a word of advice...eat your big meal (with desserts like cheese cake) at dinner AFTER the workout, not before.
Good ideas, thanks!

good one
This is the reason why I look around first every time I take a selfie before goofing around with the camera lol
is the heel lock a deal breaker? because I always do a heel lock with my shoes and I'm iffy about this, they are going sale now and I want to know if it's just alright without the heel lock
I can still get a pretty good lock down in the heel. You do have to get used to it, but I say it is still worth it. Now with over 150 miles in this shoes, I love to run in it.
Literally nothing happened besides you existing so I don’t understand what you are asking what is relatable
Vaporfly for trail run? 😅 Perhaps Ultrafly is more suited.
Good idea
Real. But the heat kinda sucks as summer comes around. 😢
Thanks for sharing! This is exactly what I need. Some sideway and torsion stretches (e.g. leaning forward with a leg bent at a right angle and rotated inward) also helped with my snapping hip. I also added more running forms (fast walking, heel-striking) into my running and they reduced strain on those specific muscles/areas that hurt due to overuse.
I’m glad I was able to help. Good luck with your running!
Maybe they will help shave off 1 second in a marathon? 😅
It’s real, I held it in my hands
Wow!!
Recently found your channel and I love your content! I enjoyed every video so far - Running, Biomechanical research, Day-in-the-life, etc - always something new about BYU, health, and research. I’m Kelvin, an admitted freshman attending BYU beginning this Fall (!!!). I’m also a running, MTB, and origami enthusiast who wishes to develop wearable technologies like exoskeletons and prosthetics. Here’s my channel at www.youtube.com/@kelvinw.1423/videos *I've sent the full message to your BYU email* If there’s any way I can support you or your channel I’ll be happy to do so. Keep on making awesome vids and breaking records!
Looks awesome Puma is so much better than Nike imo !
This is the height improvement shoe from the back of the Eastbay magazine 😂
Fun intro and nice runs. I’m proud of you and all the hard work you put into being your best.
Thanks
There is actually 3 carbon plates in this shoe, it will be an illegal race shoe. I think it’s a Prime X competitor or a fun shoe for non pros
Great to know, Thank you. It's will be crazy to see what it feels like to run in it.
@@Running_Revolution ikr, if I can somehow get my hands on those they’re gonna be crazy
@@PennyMan123will they check if it’s in a high school xc race
No, it would be legal for a non-pros, but I don’t think it will be a very good XC race shoe. You’d be much better of with a flat.
No it dont lol
Nice video, man!
Thanks
Nice progress with that 2:00.01 Nathan. Next, get under 4:30 in the mile!
Thanks. I plan on it. My goal is to try and run under 4:24, so that I can qualify for the Bryan Clay Invite in CA. I've got 3.5 weeks until my next race, so I'll be able to get in some good training.
Nice job Nathan in featuring Conner and Clayton...they truly are amazing.
🤙🏻🇧🇷
Fact…! 👌👊🤝🙏
In that case the great great great grandson would be driving a Mercedes again
Dam this is good
Used a nylon tried. It well do the magic😂
Underated videos, keep it up!!
Thank you so much!
Way to get the most out of your shoes!
FOR WHOM ALL THESE EXPENSIVE SHOES ARE FOR???? THIS HAS BECOME A JOKE. ALL THE COMPANIES MAKE NEW VERSIONS ..JUST TO HAVE NEW VERSIONS. EXPENSIVE....AND USELESS .........DO THEY THINK THAT PEOPLE HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO CHANGE SHOES EVERY MONTH??
I agree! Shoe prices are getting outrageous. I almost never buy shoes when they are full price. I am very confused at why the Pacer 2 is going to be $200 and the SC Trainer, that uses twice as much foam and resources is $180.
Hey Nathan...thanks for mentioning me on your podcast, Hang in there with both your running and your podcast...love following you.
Thank you!
When are you going to talk about the results from the test?
I didn’t get to see them, but he said my heart rate did drop a little bit when the mannequin was in front.
Im with you. Will avoid the dreadmill at all costs 👍
