    What I enjoy the most is to see you running or walking along a road, where all pressure falls away, and you talk about meaningful things in life, both big (like your mission) and small (like the miles you ran or the weather or the sales you made). It feels like "living in the moment." If you have time, I recommend watching the movie "Soul" released by Pixar in 2020.

    Hey Nathan I subscribed initially because of you D1 walk on content because, as I told you in the SFH indoor meet last January, I was a D1 walk on at BYU 50 years ago. But I enjoy all your videos because I admire your courage and good heart.

    Nathan, no need to mind the view count. Most if not all of the time people aren't interested to see the persistence behind success. It's absolutely okay if you don't make new videos as often as you did. I'm with you all the time.

    Summer sales is hard hard work. I'm proud of you for sticking it out, learning from the lows, embracing the highs. Whether you makes two sales or 20 or bagel for a week, none of it changes your divine worth as a Son of God. You are an outstanding young man with great things to come. Thank you for including me and your viewers in this part of your journey. You got this! or better said, God's got this and He has you.

    Hey Nathan...as you know I am following you and admire your commitment to accomplish your goals. I walked on at BYU for cross country under Coach Sherald James who was also Ed Eyestone's coach. And just a word of advice...eat your big meal (with desserts like cheese cake) at dinner AFTER the workout, not before.

    is the heel lock a deal breaker? because I always do a heel lock with my shoes and I'm iffy about this, they are going sale now and I want to know if it's just alright without the heel lock

  • @Running_Revolution
    @Running_Revolution3 ай бұрын

    I can still get a pretty good lock down in the heel. You do have to get used to it, but I say it is still worth it. Now with over 150 miles in this shoes, I love to run in it.

    Thanks for sharing! This is exactly what I need. Some sideway and torsion stretches (e.g. leaning forward with a leg bent at a right angle and rotated inward) also helped with my snapping hip. I also added more running forms (fast walking, heel-striking) into my running and they reduced strain on those specific muscles/areas that hurt due to overuse.

    I agree! Shoe prices are getting outrageous. I almost never buy shoes when they are full price. I am very confused at why the Pacer 2 is going to be $200 and the SC Trainer, that uses twice as much foam and resources is $180.
