Excuse me. My name is ice Dragon 19. I am spreading the word about the Dear Dere community. To warn people who are thinking about joining the discord server. I have social anxiety so I struggle with talking to people and for a long time now I've been trying to fit into gaming communities. But the point is that this community isn't as friendly as it seems. It's not an appropriate place for people who struggle with autism, depression, social anxiety and any mental health problem. If you even say anything about having life problems then you get pushed away, banned, blocked and ignored. The mods are in it for control, they have no compassion for the community than to take control. The dev actually refuses to talk to anyone unless they have business inquiries. I've been treated like worthless scum, and I fear that others like me will too if they accidentally speak out of line. The community is extremely protective of the dev. Who hides behind their mods. I'm sorry I have to spread this message.... It hurts me deeply but when I tried to reach out to the dev to talk to them, they continue to ignore me. The mods can't handle people who suffer from emotional depression. Basically if you even say that you're having a bad day, you get treated like an outcast. A criminal. I can sense that you are a good person who uploaded this video. Don't let the community stop you guys from loving the game, I would just avoid the discord server. It's not worth being in a place where you are constantly judged for the human you are. It's a terrible shame because I once loved this game and wanted to fit into the community. But it's led me to a very dark place. Don't let places like that treat you guys that way too. Sometimes a video game may look good on the inside and outside but the community may be toxic. I hope my warning will be heard. Please don't let that community hurt you too. Especially if people are sensitive. I cared about everyone there, and I want to make sure that no one else gets banned and forgotten just because of an emotional vent. We are all human beings and we need support from everyone.
