  these are present occasionally in the post operative period and are temporary. they can develop on the areola or on the whole operated chest region

  @@RAM-wm2nx correct . the side fat is not Gynaecomastia. They are called lateral chest folds. Liposuction is done for this, but it costs extra. same with love handles in the above patient.Some get them treated , but some don't because of cost etc. please call 9492969899 for any assistance

  yes.Initially for 2 to 3 weeks, it appears that the dimple is always there (static dimple). After 2-3 weeks the dimple will be visible only if you are smiling (dynamic dimple).
