How much is the ticket from Sunnyvale to Sf? I always used Bart when I needed to go to Sf.
@sparkfit6Ай бұрын
About $8 if using clipper cards. Bart is usually a little bit more pricey. If destination is walking distances of SF Caltrain, Caltrain is the way to go. If destination is along BART stations, taking it definitely saves time.

Nice! Unsolicited advice: Control the eccentric motion (lowering ). Come to full extension on your own control not by dropping. Increase the assistance so that you can fully contract at the top of the movement and lower yourself to the full extension. You are doing great but it’s no sprint to do an unassisted pull up. Make sure you build yourself up correctly the first time instead of having to fix your bad habits after you learn it.
@sparkfit65 ай бұрын
Thank you so much! I actually did more assistance ones too, such as today’s 5x66lbs assisted, linked as “related video”. 36lbs one is more like testing and knowing my limits. I will keep your eccentric tips in my mind and try them out for sure!
