Still as modern and up to the minute as the day it was built.

Thank you for your service and contribution to the love of architecture and showcasing Joseph Eichler homes. Also, thanks for playing this instrumental. Finally found it after searching for over a year. Made my day 😊
That’s incredibly underwhelming for a “designer”-owned home.
Nice❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
very beautiful
Ruined it with all the white paint.
Hello; what would be the options?
@@TheReverb1 Eichlers were coprised of natural wood surfaces, yes some painted walls, but a lot of exposed wood, beams and cabinets. Not a white looking museum.
Very sad. Why do people traditionaliz these properties? Big disgrace to the original.
Agree, so sad when they give the house the ole Home Depot makeover. No respect for the original period or style.
Too white
They ruined the atrium and the kitchen.
Love Mary Ave!

White House?
But he's cute, and he didnt say mcm 300 times.
I can't help it, I hate RE agents, can't stand 'em.
SOLD ON JUN 25, 2019 FOR $2,700,000. These homes were affordable to the average buyer when they were new. Now - not so much. This is what happens when Americans have to compete with the entire World for homes in their own country.
I think one of the problems are the locations. With 400 000 Dollars you can buy a big solid brick house in the middle of USA but you do not buy a house in LA area.
Kevin is cute.
No one had gray walls, gray carpet or gray furniture in 1959. What a dreary looking interior. What a lack of imagination to put together this insipid look.
I rented a room in an Eichler a block or two from this place, great thing about the place was it was mostly original, cork floors, zolatone painted kitchen cabinets and all, even the in floor heating worked (really well). Neat house and neighborhood was nice.
Absolutely. They ruined the atrium and the kitchen with the remodel. And made the whole place lifeless.
Wow, all Paneling removed, all white washed.. big disgrace.
Unfortunately this isn' t 934-B La Mesa as it is my house and not what is featured in your video
Original sliders are great, that other sillyness in the kitchen is a disgrace.
Big disgrace. This property has been destroyed.
A real go-go. Kitchen is dandy, the cook top-remove this please.
Love the house. Wish you'd actually shown the pantry/closets/laundry.
Hi Kendra, Glad you love the house. Thanks for the feedback, ill try to make sure to get all corners next time. This video does show the pantry and laundry room at 2:00-2:20. At ~3:12 I show the coat closet.
