Hi there! You dont necessarily need a car to live in Punta Pacifica. Its a very centrally located neighborhood meaning you can walk and also Uber/Taxis are always available.

The price is good but the association fee is too much!
I toured this building last year. The amenities were outstanding and they were not even finished setting up the restaurant and cafe.

I watched your other videos about places to eat in Panama City that helped me have a great dining experience when I visited earlier this month. People were extremely friendly, Ubers made it cheap and easy to get around, and the city is diverse. My wife and I are planning on visiting again this December for Christmas and New Year's during the dry season. Learning Spanish is the one thing not mentioned that might make some lean towards Portugal vs Panama if you don't speak the language. For me, I found Panamanians patient as I used Google translate to communicate with them during my trip. Panama is high on my list as a potential country to live if I decide to move away from the U.S. Great video!!!

Hello and thanks for your comment. Shoot...Love the area but dont know the project well enough to comment on it. Pictures look beautiful though, and we like the development group behind it, but we just dont sell up there yet. The Costa Arriba in Colon has gone thru difficult times but hopefully with this new administration, including clean-up initiatives, all of the real estate developments in the area will be lifted up!

Hi there! The best is always to visit the school websites as the monthly tuition change based on age of your kids and this information always change as school are allowed to change their prices. You can expect enrollment fee in Santa Clara of 0$ (no enrollment fee), PCIS: $1,000, CIS: $1,500 and Buenaventura $3,500. Monthly fee will be around $330 to $400. Most schools also have a one year registration fee including some materials of around $700 paid in September. Schedule is from 7:40 am to 1 pm or 3 pm based on the school and age.

These properties look great and well-maintained, but they appear very isolated with little foot traffic. I’d prefer being near dining and social spots. Is this typical for many properties in Panama City, Panama?
This is an hour or more outside of the city.
If you're genuinely interested in Panama, I suggest you take a tour of the country to learn the different areas and the opportunities each affords. It can be done in a week or so. I did last year and it was a great experience.

Belize has NOT developed its INFRASTRUCTURE : paved 4-lane highways, hospitals and specialized doctors and university faculty of medicine and dentistry. Panama is way ahead of Belize for infrastructures.
