  I imagine All Might see’s that and tries to keep it in mind, but can’t help but keep comparing Midoriya and All For One, and see similarities. He has a harder time trusting Midoriya because he’s spent his whole life fighting against a person he’s now seeing in his own successor. He’s not flat out mean to Midoriya, but the relationship and trust is damaged and both sides can see that. That’s how I see it at least. It just will take time for All Might to see and realize that Midoriya is not so much like All For One, and build his trust back up.
