    Wonderful, very helpful. I knit little 3 dimensional hearts. I knit 2 hearts, sew a seam with the right sides together and then leave a little space to turn them inside out and then stuff. Can you tell me how to sew together the little space I have left because now the wrong sides are facing each other. Many thanks. I can send you a photo, how do I attach one?

    Thanks. You said the things out loud that I'm sure will be second nature someday but definitely aren't now. I learned the hard way about the triangle that starts forming if you make too many row-turning chains, but at least it was on 7 weight yarn and didn't take too long to pull apart. 😂

    When making a large shawl, that’s a lot of stitches to count every single row and keep track of. Can you just do it by the visual eye and see when your second row for example, meets the end of the first row and then from there or does that make it uneven? Thx

  • @cardigang
    @cardigang18 күн бұрын

    Of course! You can also mark your rows with stitch markers, eg. place a marker on ever 10 rows

    TUDaH RBaH (thank you very much, in Hebrew). // SHLM & HaB (peace & love). The Name of the Creator is Hayah asher Hayah, as what He told Moshah (Exodus 3:14), preserved in the Hebrew Scriptures. There is a curse to the G-o-d name (Isaiah 65:11-12), preserved in the Hebrew Scriptures. All followers of the Messiah are to do the 7 appointed times (Leviticus 23), but no more animal sacrifices, following the Crucifixion of the Messiah. We are now of the order of MLK TSDQ (King, righteous), to Whom ABRaHM tithed. Ask the Messiah to be your personal Savior. He said to him, I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me (John 14:6). ...for all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of Hayah (Romans 3:23). The wages for sin is death but the gift of ALaHYM is Everlasting Life through Messiah Yahushgh our Master (Romans 6:23). That if you confess with your mouth the Master Yahushgh and believe in your heart that ALaHYM raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved (Romans 10:9). He Himself is an Atoning Offering for our sins, and not for ours only but also for all the world (1 John 2:2).

    Why do I end up getting seed stitch?

  • @cardigang
    @cardigang6 ай бұрын

    This could be because you have an uneven amount of stitches! Or if you have an even amount, you are starting one row with and knit and the next with a purl

    how do you know where to stop the first row and k2tog and turn?? what are your calculations?

  • @MfundoNdala
    @MfundoNdala Жыл бұрын

    It's based on the number of stitches you have on each shoulder. Let's use 40 stitches as an example. You have 40 stitches cast on and knitted, let's say you want your shoulders to be equal to your neck hole, you will need 20 stitches for the shoulders and 20 stitches for the neck hole. Therefore you stop after the 10th stitch because that is where the first shoulder will end.
