Would this work on a hairless cow hide?
I just wash it in the washing machine on the wool setting with shampoo and conditioner. 😬
Can this work for laminate wood floors?
Does this work with piss too?
What product are you using???
Great tip. Thanks for the advice.
@@andrewFull happy to help :)

To remove the water from the bowl you can get most of it out by pouring a bucket of water in to the bowl. The syphonic nature of the s-bend will clear most of it out and it obviously won't get refilled from the cistern
A pumice stone works well and no chemicals needed
Vinegar and soap won't remove lime scale and calcium all the way. You need citric acid for that. Further more you have to leave the "wet" citric acid on the glass for a minimum of 2 hours by applying it and then wrapping the glass in saran wrap to keep it wet. It might have worked for this guy in the video but anyone with real hard water - it won't work. ~Professional Cleaner
What did he put in the end a solvant sealer ?
@@JohnDoe-fe6nq yup!
Acidified water? Is that diluted vinegar? 🤓 I mean can I add vinegar to the cleaning water?
@@kathrynbillinghurst188 to the rinse water yup! About 10% volume/1:10 ratio :)
@@CleaningHowTo Perfect…that’s kind of what I thought. 10:1 ratio…😃👍 Oh and BTW, ignore the nay sayers…they obviously haven’t watched your content, experimentation, and how experienced you are! Perhaps competing channels hate that you hit the ‘nail on the head’ haha, it makes for great controversial banter too! Keep up the interesting work…🤗🫶👏👏👏
Professionals will use an acidic rinse which is commercially available - vinegar does the same thing. Funny thing is with the other guy; he seems to think I'm withholding some information to try get money out of people. I'm not; enzymes will clean a mattress in 90% of cases but the chemistry (oxidisers and reducing agents) of advanced stain removal can damage fibers really easily if you don't know what you're doing - it would actually just be irresponsible to advise people with no background in cleaning to use volatile chemicals.
Will this also work on a zebra rug with a backing felt?
@@pattiwallen zebra is just a fancier cow I suppose 😂
I think this floor restoration is wonderful.
@@RinpochesRose it was a stunning floor :)
Great video !! Very informative 👏
Glad it was helpful!
Don't bother. This is click bait. No actual recommendations here.
@@fmottnar01 tell you what; I’ll pin your comment and see what people have to say. I personally disagree. How bout everyone else?
I don't understand how you think its click bait, he gives you all the relevant info in a concise easy way to follow.
@@melonhayes he is telling you to take his courses for more detailed info. "Enzyme cleaner" is very general. Try looking that up
What did you want? Shaving foam? 😂
@@fmottnar01 I just did and there are several to choose from. Maybe if you searched with the word "mattress" it would narrow your search results?
Thank you so much!!! I believe only dust mite allergy suffers can give the best advice. Not 1 person including my allergist ever told me to use a hepa filter vacuum. I have severely suffered for over 10 years and unfortunately only listened to my allergist and did the medications. Now the medications don’t work and I came here to find out I let dust mites live in Disney land for so long. I have a plan now and praying for relief. Thank you so much!!!! 🙌🏻

Been looking for something that's, that's not expensive. Your going to the test today, TRYING to clean raindrop dual shower doors that are filthy with decades of gross ness. Got the mildew off, that's funny, Mildew puft and every expletives in the book.
I've seen coca cola clean and shine up older metals like copper before as someone said it has a reaction to metals. Limescale on porcelain not so much in this experiment... wish they sold that Harpic last product here in New Zealand
Hi, does the iron get damaged from use, and does it need steam or not?

What about mould at the bottom of the curtain?
@@xavthomas it’s a plant that grows into material and damages it. It won’t clean out.
@@CleaningHowTo I can't kill the plant? Vanish?
@@xavthomas you can kill the plant; you can’t remove the damage. I’m not going to advise you further on this as you can very easily damage (and/or bleach), the fabric and I don’t want tell you to do something that can damage the fabric.

The phosphoric acid in cola just isn't concentrated in enough to be effective. Concentrated phosphoric acid is also sold as limescale and rust remover. It's a weaker acid than muriatic acid so it needs more time but you can use it on metals too. Muriatic acid makes steel brittle.

Ever since your grout cleaning video, I have been using washing soda for that, but also in my laundry. It is amazing stuff. I use it on my microfiber cloths as well and they have held up very well! Great info.
I rate the stuff so highly I'm looking into selling it in my business (and on amazon). Thanks for stopping by :)
you can't use just one microfiber for the entire floor, you have to replace it with a fresh one after just wiping a small section?
@@LisaBromfieldInspires no, that defeats the purpose; to fully remove dirt, not smear it all over the floor.
If you want something safer than HCl, but better than vinegar, use oxalic acid (aka barkeeper's friend). Leave for 10-60 mins. Has worked for almost every toilet for me. Also shut the lid when you flush
Brilliantly made video. The illustrative material was excellent.
@@jeremywvarietyofviewpoints3104 thank you; I put a lot of work into it :)

Is it ideal to use HOT water or WARM water?
Unfortunately, it didn't work in my shower.
This worked miraculously and perfectly. Thank you!
Tried it. Doesn’t work on any scum that’s been left long term.

Sorry, but flat mops don't work if you're trying to mop up excess water on the floor. You can't wring them out.

Turn off the little tap at the back of the toilet, then flush the toilet. This should remove all/most of the water from the toilet bowl.
