  Do the Hoya aerial roots stick to the Bamboo Totem or did you have to tie it up?

  Hi there, Yes they do form aerial roots over time but you need to train the vines first.

  Wow, you have such a lovely balcony garden. I wouldn’t have thought to put proteas in pots. They look so healthy. You’ve made a lovely jungle nook.

  Everything looks well tended. I appreciate how you are able to make a variety of plants look good in shallow bowls as plants often appear awkward in them. The purple flowered plant is a South African bulb called Babiana. I believe it is a variant of B. agustifolia.
