  I tried doing this exactly but after many tries couldn’t get it done. Then i tried WITHOUT summoning thollier and ansbach and I wrecked him. 😂😂 less help equaled better results😅

  Thanks worked very well. It took me 3 tries because when he hit you your camera goes wonky and i did not always have my shield lined up or a got pushed a ways from the crevice. I did snipe him a couple of times with my Blasphemous Blade which helped. a very solid strategy.

  0:31 I will say one thing as an owner of the book and a soulsborne player since Demon’s Souls (and to help anyone thinking of buying this: This is probably THE most official lore book we will probably get. The whole setup of souls games lore is that we only ever get snippets of lore and the rest is put together through extensive playthroughs, research of the game, and interviews with developers. All of this is then pieced together through heavy, but well informed, community speculation and deductive reasoning of what is true and what might be true. FromSoft has never (and probably will never) give us official lore because it defeats what the community has been doing for literally over a decade of these games. Lokey is definitely one of the biggest lore guys in the community. He not only puts the work in, but supports his work with the in-game lore itself as his sources. He even has the support of many other big names and is referenced by others quite a bit. He might not be 100% correct (probably impossible to be), but he definitely can guarantee good quality through what is available. If you want something like an official book, this really is the best you will probably get. Plus, the quality of the books and artwork alone are already incredibly well done. I bought the standard edition and couldn’t be happier. It also helps the people who do this work, so feels pretty good supporting Lokey and VaatiVidya, who did the accompanying audiobook. Hope this helps any other lore enthusiasts with their decision!

  So i have one of the best places to level up from the start go to the forest and kill the npcs at the forest and you get 7000 souls a trip just kill the 4 npcs and repeat the cycle easy souls

  if u huck crystal darts at them 1 of them will shortcircuit and cause it to outright kill the other lol. found this on accidentg hope this helps!

  how does the boss have such low HP? I do twice this amount of damage and the health bar doesn't go down nearly as much. I do 260 per hit and the bar BARELY moves

  Best way to beat him? Break his poise, imapling thrust or lions claw with heavy sword or hammer, use stone crab tear, use oleg summon, you welcome

  not possible at all for me no way. better chances to kill him the normal way. was easy with holy weapon and mimic. holy weapon does very much damage to it.

  On new game plus I’ve just glitched him. Get him in the phase 1 room, take out the skeletons and with ludwigs holy blade keep range attacking. Eventually he yeets over the balcony and has zero health. Phase 2 you just run after him and shoot him once

  Still works - as others said, keep him facing the side you climbed up and if he runs round and comes up top, drop down, dodge once then run back up again. Scarlett Rot and Comet worked a charm for me, comet only works when he is very close to the wall and doesn't have time to dodge.
