  The amount of times I told this man to open his windows/sunroof… Also, I wouldn’t have gone for it like that. Yeah, I gotta get on the freeway, but why do that when I can reverse? Better breaking the law than putting yourself in a crappy situation. Honestly, don’t listen to laws and such. Who cares about it? Just keep reversing. Slow yourself down too.   This is one of the most irresponsible things I've seen in awhile, I understand the message, but the fact that you as the RFCD aren't explaining to people the actual process that takes place to clean the water....Why are you putting so much time and money in the wetlands to actually create clean water for Las Vegas and then not advertising the fact so people have faith in you. The procedures and facilities you have in place to provide the valley with clean waters is one of the best in the country, so why use fear mongering to try to discredit that. You honestly think you are going to change the bad apples that will dump down the storm drains? You should be focusing on the good work you do.
