sand man i was a conector doinf structrual for a while and was pulled aside by a formen and was told he liked how I worked and asked if I wanted to do glass. We got tons of Glaizer work for Ironworkers over here in Cali this Uber building in SF is a 2 year job and after this we got a 80+ story going up and we got a few companies paying Ironworkers over scale about 3-5 bucks from what I've heard to do glaizer work. Im working with iron workers who have been doing glass non stop for years and years. Glass work is good out here in cali. The Glaizers hate us tho cause our union is so strong with alota members and Glaizers union is very small with few members
