This is a phenomenal video! I TJ in HS and college. I began coaching HS track when I was 29, now 52 and coaching HS jumpers after a hiatus of 7 years. This is the best breakdown I’ve ever seen! We only walked it today, but every one of my athletes got better today. It’s such a relief on the knees…. HUGE!!! Thanks so much!

I ran track against a guy who lived a few towns over for four years. I went on to play football in college, and he made the track team at the same university. We’d catch up now and again, and once I asked him how different college track was to high school. He blew my mind with the amount of little details like this video shows. It wasn’t just about getting in shape to run faster. It was checking/improving your stride length, sprinting form and proper weight training. He even knew how many steps he was supposed to take in his 200 meter dash. I thought college football was a significant step up from high school, but track and field is right there too. Great video

I am genuinely impressed with your channel and the good form that the athletes displayed. Triple extension, high elbows, internal rotation. Good work.
