This seems like a great set-up, but there's no punchline... Give us some analysis about what's going on behind the neural/hormonal scenes, with this guy. What could he have done differently to maintain his motivation? (More importantly, what can I do to maintain MY motivation as I press on through difficult long-term projects? Like, oh, writing a novel, or editing my own dang KZread video?)

How could Glen go about making his study behavior more healthy by remembering to take breaks during study sessions?

It could be fun to have an opposite video, which explain what he should have done, to avoid quitting

What is the "why"?
@lisachu72892 жыл бұрын
The "why" is once the complexity of the work gets harder, the motivation starts to sag.

Thanks i really apreciate your work and your book
thank you so much Dr BJ Fogg
Very explanatory
