Great job!I think the bass part from Blue Monday that you played was played on a synth though while Hooky played the more melodic part.

"Blue Monday" was not how Peter played it. He just plays what sounds like the Westerny Surfy, Ennio Morricone-style guitar riffs on the record... and on the Shergold 6.

Awesome video! However, I have some feedback. On Twenty-Four Hours and She's Lost Control, if you strum an empty D string with the G string notes, it sounds a lot better

Nice bass -- is that a vintage Yamaha? And gold hardware? I have a 1980 Pulser 400 which I enjoy, and have been recently considering another Yamaha. Excellent quality build and sound. And great playing. That droning bass is tough to consistently achieve. So very well done. Thanks.

@@mannydbass7947 Sounds and looks great. Actually didn't know that he had a signature bass. I will probably always think of him playing the old Ric copy from JD days (with which I am most familiar). But, again, that sure looks like a great instrument. Thanks.

Oh my goodness, man I hadn't heard this song since I was a kid back in the 70's. That bass is talking. Your rendition is spot on. You really caught the spirit of some of those bassist from that era when soul music was so true and rockin'. Great job man.
