  Im jumping like with my thumb and moving my stick with it, my index finger is on the other 3 buttons and r1 and my middle finger is on r2! But idk how du play with my left hand it’s comfortable to use my middle finger on the left side for l1 and l2 than I can aim good but idk I’m play claw for 5 years and still think I can improve a lot. What is ur opinion for this? And sry for my English it’s not perfect I’m from Germany

  So I’m playing rainbow six siege and I won’t to try claw but the only thing is I need help with my middle finger shooting like I have to pull it all the way down and I don’t know if I’m doing it right on cod however I play law but I flipped the shooting to the L1 and R1 siege is different though I want to shoot with the bottom trigger please any tips

  That's kind of just the way it is. Your index finger needs to come away from the face buttons to reach R2. Not sure if there's a flipped option for Siege, but I'm guessing not. I would also suggest you trying a modified claw where you use ringer finger for R2, middle for R1, and leave your index resting to the side or on the face buttons. That may take some adjusting, but with some time, it'll stick.

  A week to get comfortable. 30 days for it to be second nature. That was my personal experience. It can be more or less depending on the person though.

  I recently started playing COD MW3 an i've been wanting to learn claw for so long but just giving up but now that i watched this video i should be able to master claw in no time. all i gotta do is stay consistent and keep practicing. also Im trying to get good at other things in cod such as movement and aim and i don't know where to start. once i've learnt claw and feel comfortable with it where should i start training my movement and aim? if you could answer this or possibly make a video on how to practice movement and aim that would be highly appreciated.   Aim you’ll practice in bot lobbies alongside movement. That’s where a lot of your practice will occur. The real test is playing pubs where people react different than bots. The situations unfold different too. You just need to practice fundamentals in practice lobbies with bots to start.

  Sounds to me like you haven’t rotated your right hand enough on top of the controller. If you don’t rotate your hand, you’ll be crunching up your index finger to hit buttons toward the right side. It’ll hurt.

  Controller or not, you definitely want to research the different builds. There are a ton of websites that list out the different metas. In the beginning, you should stick with what's meta. The game is already tough, so using off meta weapons makes it tougher. Playing with a squad in the beginning is also a good idea. Playing as a team makes it easier to get kills and get wins. Don't shy away from playing solos though either, as more time spent in game means you're at least practicing. If you have MWIII, always warm up against bots on a small map like Shipment. The more time you spend on Warzone, the more situational awareness you'll develop and the better you'll find yourself doing.

  Sorry for the misunderstanding. For controller, similar to mnk, practice practice practice. Some of the key things for controller, I've listed below. 1. Buy a controller with paddles or learn claw (I have videos on this) 2. Choose Linear or Dynamic aim response curve 3. Sensitivity is all preference, but for Warzone, higher is better (start with a lower sens and gradually raise it) 4. Max left stick threshold should be around 50-70% 5. Deadzones should allow for a very minimal/slight stick drift (enough to easily engage aim assist) 6. Always strafe back and forth when taking a gun fight if possible (this engages Rotational Aim Assist) Again, similar to my response above, if you own MW3, put in plenty of time with bots on a small map to get accustomed to it. I'd even urge you to play Multiplayer then transition to Warzone when you're feeling comfortable. A top streamer on Twitch, Iron, recently made the full switch from mnk to controller after years of only playing mnk. You might find his content of interest. Hope this helped.

  Just got my PS5 Slim, my second console. The first one was the Xbox 360. It's my first time playing Call of Duty games on a console; I usually play on a mobile device (COD Mobile and WZ Mobile). I've been playing for 3 days now and am still getting used to it. There are a few minor improvements, but I still lack some skills like jump shotting, quick snapping aim, and long distance aiming. thanks for the video man

  Over time you’d adjust to claw and your aim would get better than just starting to learn the grip. I know people like to YY, because it looks cool and adds flare. I get it. I do it too. I wouldn’t switch to claw though for that single reason. I’d switch to claw if I wanted to learn a grip that was going to save me cash. If you’re not concerned about that at all, I don’t see a reason for you to personally switch.

  @@temptation1 well not the only reason bc i got 2 paddels for jump and slide so when i want to reload or yy i take my right finger which is on my right stick take it off to reload or yy so when i get in a gunfight i have to put my finger back which makes me lose many gunfights.

  @K9_Dreww Then give claw a try. Stick with it though if you’re serious about converting. It’ll speed up the process of moving over. You can even claw with paddles too for more flexibility, which is nice.

  Sounds like your hand should be rotated more on top of the controller to prevent reaching which would cramp your palm.

  Don't play an objective game then. Go play TDM. They guy in second place was in the objective for 1:44 and you where only in it for 32 seconds. So he was actually more valuable no matter what his kills where.

  No true. You only need one person on HP, one person should be controlling spawns, 2 other people should be defending hardpoint. Having more than one person on point is a good way to get team wiped and not have spawn control, the guy running around killing and controlling spawns should be grabbing rotations toward the end too.

  I remember when I first started trying claw when my strike pack Wich I mostly bought for the (idk how it's called in English) the extra pad button broke, it was crazy painful and I was trying less than 5 min every week but one day I tried it after no try in a few month and weirdly I was on and since then I'm fine but rn I'm trying to get use to shoot with r2 not r1 it was easier to learn it this way but I'm tired of switching button from game to other game

  If you’re playing bumper jumper, learning claw isn’t a must but doesn’t hurt. I play either flipped default or flipped tactical.

  Sounds like your hand is too rotated on top of the controller, which is causing you to peck the face buttons with your finger nail tip. Not a big deal unless it bothers you. If it does, rotate your hand the opposite direction to correct it.

  @@temptation1 I also play MnK since 2004 when I got my first pc. I respect you for great experience. I was can play with MnK in CoD last time in MW19 when AA was not so strong so I was can actually fight back but currently since most of fights is short range I can’t complete again controllers. I also was buy Dualsense edge and after 2 months my usage time of it is about 2 weeks maximum. I can’t choose between both. I don’t want lose my muscle memory but I can’t play this game on MnK for more than 2 hours straight otherwise I got butthurt. So my routine is playing all day with MnK and when I got tired I pick up my Dualsense. Sometimes I think that is not me but SBMM since I actually can aim but game choose to spawn behind me enemy or enemy team spamming killstreaks cuz of my team give them freekils. I actually didn’t played with controller since Xbox360 but I was need a little bit of time (about 15 mins) to adapt (it was easy cuz now I have back paddles instead of claw with dualshock). I just can’t get same reaction time as I have with MnK. It’s the only problem I have. But I don’t play it mainly cuz of the reason mentioned above (panic about muscle memory). But I really love this game so I still play I’m sorry for my English it’s not my native language but I still learn it and trying to improve myself

  @krxmmxr No need to apologize for your English. I get what you’re saying. Mnk felt a lot better in MW19. It can be frustrating losing to AA while on mnk, but I try to stick with it. Better movement does help get out of those situations. You’re doing the right thing trying to keep both your mnk and controller skills up. It’s better to be a hybrid player than just one type of player.

  @@temptation1 by the way how long it take for you to level up one gun? For me it’s about 1-2 hours minimum. On shipmas. I really struggle to level up some guns like machine gun and shotguns. It feels like I need more bullets to kill enemy when for enemy it exact opposite and I got vanished once enemy see me Happy New Year!

  @krxmmxr It depends. I usually don’t play a shipment lobby. I have a ton of weapon XP tokens, so I’ll usually pop an hour one and plow through the levels in an hour or two max. Warzone levels guns faster. Happy New Year!

  It would probably need to be supported by inward pressure from both hands, as if you’re pushing your hands together gently. I don’t play double that way, but that would be how I’d do it if I did it your way.
