  ゴールデンウィークとても精神的に疲れます。ゴールデンウィークとお盆とハロウィンとクリスマスは地獄です。早くゴールデンウィーク終わって欲しい。家族がバーベキューしている間私は「胃が痛いから何も食べたくない」と言って一人で眠っていました。病気だから仕方ないよね、という感じで理解があるのはいいものの、外でワイワイしてるのを聞きながら一人、部屋の天井を眺めているだけの時間はとても苦痛です。それと暑さに弱いのでだるく、手足が鉛のようで、しかも酷い胃痛腹痛でゴールデンウィークのストレスは他の人にはきっとわからないんだろうなと思っています。ただ、You Tubeでこの動画が流れてきて、ああ私は一人じゃないんだと、苦しんでいる人がもっといるんだと、ほっとしたような、何というか、涙が止まらなくて、本当に救われました。本当にありがとうございます。

  Might not be quite the same, but I work in the food business. While Im running around working on a holiday, seeing others with friends and family with smiles having fun, it hurts knowing how much youre missing out. Physically it might suck, but the mental side hurts alot more.
