    There are lots of ways to achieve happiness, but having money is the easiest. If you can make a lot of money without sacrificing too much of your time or health, you can create an environment that meets your specific happiness requirements. The problem is that people get caught up in the pursuit of more money and let too much time slip away. I just want my life to be stable and worry-free. I don't need millions to have that, but I have had to make a few sacrifices to secure my future.

    I just sold a property in Portland and I'm thinking to put the cash in stocks, I know everyone is saying its ripe enough, but Is this a good time to buy stocks? How long until a full recovery? How are other people in the same markt raking in over $200k gains with months, I'm really just confused at this point

    Yes, a good number of folks are raking in huge 6 figure gains in this downtrend, but such strategies are mostly successfully executed by folks with in depth market knowledge

    I agree. Based on personal experience working with an investment advlsor, I currently have $985k in a well-diversified portfollo that has experienced exponential growth. It's not only about having money to invest in st0cks, but you also need to be knowledgeable, persistent, and have strong hands to back it up.

    There are a lot of independent advisors you might look into. But i work with Vivian Jean Wilhelm and I have been working together for nearly four years, and she is excellent. You could proceed with her if she satisfies your discretion. I endorse her.

    Vivian Jean Wilhelm is the licensed advisor I use. Just google the name. You’d find necessary details to work with and set up an appointment.

    My top tips 1. Envisioned lifestyle- it’s not possible to imagine as retirement goes through different stages: go-go slow-go and no-go 2. Saving: pay yourself first before you pay everyone else! Practise living on your future retirement income for 12 mths and save the difference.

    I'm confused, why do so many people debate whether money can buy happiness or not? As long as we know that money is a means, not an end. So the debate above will never occur, because money & happiness already know their respective positions. Then many motivators make the mistake of quoting the Bible verse which says, "money is the root of all evil". Maybe you should read the Bible again with the correct interpretation. It clearly says that the LOVE of money is the root of all evil, not money itself.

    The thing that money buys you is freedom. The freedom to do what you want , when you want, and how you want, for the most part anyway. But it definitely does play a role in how you feel, that's for sure.

    If you have money to spend, you're not poor, if you don't have money to spend, you're poor. A spendthrifts spend their money on, for example, houses, cars, cafes, exercises, vacations and other high expenses and claim to be poor when they are not, while the truly poor struggle with everyday costs such as electricity, water, rent, clothes, hygiene and food. Sure, a person who is truly poor can "save" by, for example, living on the street and fasting without food, but it takes a toll on health and will become more expensive in the longer term.

    Slums cannot form if they are made illegal, as is the case in many European countries and cities. There are not many slums in Europe because they are not allowed.

    That part about being debt-free is so true. Once I paid off my vehicles and loans, I felt completely free for the first time in my adult life. Yes, I still needed to work to pay for future expenses, but I wasn't playing catch-up anymore. Every dime I earned (minus taxes) was available to spend or save as I chose, and nobody had claim to it. It's also easier to avoid impulse buying once you're out of debt and fear falling back in. My next goal is stacking that 100k for investing. I'll be halfway there next payday.

    Poor make statements to themselves, Rich ask Questions.. For Example: Poor - I'll never afford to buy a house on my income. Rick - How DO I buy a house with my income? If you never give up on finding answers to your questions you can become Rich!

    At gym some burn calories while some burn memories. Either way ultimately it works for our own good.

  • @worldwatcher69

    Why do we have to move our bodies? Did our ancestors have gyms? Do animals also exercise?I always ask myself this question. Is there a problem with our diet and lifestyle that we should move our body?

  • @Toad-Sage-
    @Toad-Sage-4 күн бұрын

    Our ancestors or animals they have to find food. So sometimes days after days they starv. Our body functions in such a way that brain used to store energy as fat. But as we eat whatever we want depending on our mood but actually burns very small amount of calories, ultimately it all stored as fat and other stuffs...

  • @worldwatcher69
    @worldwatcher694 күн бұрын

    @Toad-Sage- Many thanks for your explanation 👍. So i think we should change our lifestyle and diet. I mean a job or hobby to stay active, not 8 hours sitting in office and don't eat this industrial junk food.

    I totally agree. My portfolio just broke $40m yesterday, added more shares to VOO, SCHG & SCHD. Started growing this portfolio from $2m 2022. Real estate is next, so they can bring in great income. It just shows how important it is to invest in things that grow over time.
