Made this one today, turned out very good, honey is enough, probably wouldn’t bother with sugar next time….very good recipe! I added a layer of fruit jam halfway too.

Wow such a huge Oven for a tiny Cake.... Your Oven is practically the size of my Kitchen. Lol. Nice Recipe However... Time to have some Tea & Cake. why do you water the pan instead of greasing?

You don't grease pans when you make chiffon cake. The cake clings to the sides of the pan when rising. I have never wet the pans, though, just always bake in ungreased pans.

Simply adding cocoa powder to this recipe will have better result if you want to try chocolate version of the cake other than adding chocolate to this recipe. :) The general rule is to reduce the amount of flour by the amount of cocoa powder. (around 5~10g) If you replace as much as half of the flour with cocoa, you will need to add sugar, too.
