After receiving my confiscation order years ago, I couldn't pay it and went to prison for the amount due as a civil prisoner and served my time for the equivalent of the confiscation orders tariff. After I got out and had several 'more' court appearances looking for the 'fantasy' money, the court finally settled for a weekly payment, this payment doesn't even meet the 'confiscation order interest rate' I never had the money they stated in the first place, that was spent, but I simply (couldn't prove I spent it) over years as I lived abroad and my numeric dyslexia was always going to play it's part, numbers were just a blur along with dates 🤷‍♂ I have this order until I die, I am a full-time carer, I think it is ridiculous and unjust in my circumstances, but what could I do. So for all the naughty people out there keep Every receipt for Every meal, beer, flight, hotel/B&B, fuel, clothes, hooker, car, taxi, food, electric, gas, water, etc basically 'basic living', because when the judge asks you where the money has gone, which you've lived off for years, and you can't go back to the third world countries you've visited, well you're in trouble. I understand that confiscation orders are needed, but common sense is also needed by the courts.

Making assumptions is unacceptable. The police need to get the evidence instead and stop being so lazy. Best to catch the criminals in the act of committing the offences rather than making assumptions of obtaining money by deception. In the UK a person is supposed to be innocent until proven guilty. This flies in the face of it.

Bad move. Those digital currencies need to be banned. Use of them is treason.

Please, whatever you do be pioneers in the space, instead of stifling innovation like the U.S seem to be doing.

Buy a few D11 dozers and you can kiss goodbye to any coal tip problems. About 2 or 3 for the whole UK should do the trick. Big business opportunity, any takers?

The American Revolution began in 1775 outside of Boston when the British Empire marched 700 troops to confiscate a suspected cache of colonialist manufactured rifles and gunpowder in Lexington and Concord. Eerily familiar to joe's plan.

You are intimidating parents but what about legal abductions, the abusive "child protective services", the lawful abductions of children from their homes? #stopstatechildabductions

Thank goodness for this change however to late for my sister. My adult sister was moved to supported living from residential after two fatal incidents unexplained. Loads of problems evolved around care support, care plan, health action plans, etc. The Social Worker did not do the paperwork properly. The company did not report any incidents to CQC or Safeguards, plus had not applied for DoLS. Disgusting coming from a Conservative run borough. This is ongoing and I am in a middle of a battle for my sister's health and welfare as one who lacks. CoP is next option. May be the media.

I was placed in an aged mental home in 2014 at the age of 58 against my wishes .It was a horrible experience that I fought against for 5 months until a specialist realised that I was capable to live a full life at home. Fortunately I am now living a happy life with my wife in our home but am still angry about my treatment and loss of liberty.

I was wondering about the law, I wondered if I claimed, or even said I heard a bloke claim, Vitamin C is an Absolute Virucide, would that be against the law? Then I wondered if I was the World Health Organisation and claimed billions of funding to fight Ebola or Flu or some other virus, whilst negligent of the fact that Vitamin C is an Absolute Virucide, would that be fraud by omission? Would there be a combination of right and wrong of those two claims that made wondering about it out-loud a crime?

I don't know if Vitamin C is an ABSOLUTE VIRUCIDE but if viruses were like twigs and Vitamin C like fire, it could be true. The trouble with law is, they kept on writing.
