Hey pso, do you have an email address we can use to contact you regarding your earthquake in japan as it started video? I'd love to discuss a license to use it if possible! Cheers, Felix

I’m amazed that after such an earthquake all the buildings were still standing. It just shows how the Japanese know how to build properly.

The thing of nightmares. Here in California, it jolts and shakes and is usually over in 20 seconds or so. Good thing I have no plans on visiting Japan.

Amazing how the station is still mostly intact. I can tell you for sure that if this happened at a Metrolink station where I live in Los Angeles there would literally be nothing but concrete.

What will never cease to impress me is how calm were the people on the station during the earthquake and that they got into the building instead of rush to get out!

With all that clacking noise, I almost mistook it for the NYC Subway. I would think it that being on the train as the earthquake occurs is much more nerve-racking than the option of standing on the platform. What was the magnification of the earthquake on the Richter scale?
