    Great video! I was a participant in the inaugural red clay rally back in 2017. We were team 10 and we placed 13th overall. Made some good friends from that experience. I’d love to do it again but don’t have anything that would be ready to do it anymore. Can’t wait to see more from you guys!

    Wait, I must have missed something. That looked like a boost convertor to take the 12V up to 24V, but that doesn't increase the power you can draw from the 12V tap. It would halve the current. So how does this cut charging time in half? 🤔

    Why didn't you pull the drive shaft, have another truck take the trailer, and drive it down in front wheel drive? Pull the diff gears as necessary.

    Hey Team! Love your videos and had one question. Would any of you consider a 1st gen sequoia? Especially the 01-04’s. Very capable inexpensive full 4 wheel drive with lots of space. Wheelbase is less then a new Tacoma as well. Looking forward to season Bravo. Keep it up fellas!

  • @rallyrats
    @rallyrats3 ай бұрын

    Ya absolutely, the only thing that kinda sucks for the 1st gen sequoia is the aftermarket support, there's not a whole lot. Can you source stuff? Ya, but it's pretty limited with options.

    Wow, bummer on the break down. I fell in love with the San Juan Mountains in Yankee Boy Basin, it was my first off-road adventure there, and still the first place I go every year when I visit. Straight up Camp Bird Road and get my fix. It is the most incredible 12K square miles in the country (San Juan Mountains and National Forest), IMHO...and I've been all over the lower 48.

    Nice video! I've been just about everywhere in the San Juan Mountains except Black Bear and Poughkeepsie. I always rent a rig and these two locations are prohibited for rentals. I love the handling of the two-door Willys. When you come back - which you surely will. You have to try Engineer and Clear Lake. Nothing intense, just amazing views. Happy trails!!
