  Some moments umpires don't give a point to yasssine. Good plan with a counter by slip inside and blitz. But head kicks makes the difference.

  Are punching techniques like hook punches, uppercuts or spinning back fists allowed here? I was wondering beacuse sometimes they seem to be using some sort of check hooks. I also read the rules of itf, and nowhere is said that those techniques aren't allowed, it just says that you must use controlled and technical punches, that's why i ask.

  The answer is exactly what you say! But if you use them heavy you will get fouls. We think that it should full contact nowadays because o the skills of the athletes.

  I think first round was 2:2. Because valkov land more punches and turning kick. But side kick more valuable and visible for umpires.

  Very strong final! Valkov is my new favourite. I don't like luke or martin finn style. It is so boring for me. But very effective. I am very happy when magomed won luke at the WCH 2023, and so sad when Uzbekistan fighter losed finn at the final -57 kg.

  In kickboxing Ziga is outworked by punches. in kickboxing kicks is less valuable score than in itf. So because ziga lose in kickboxing

  @@Itf.elite.sparring Bronze. I saw the semi final against Italy(European games champion). Italy's fighter also won the Anis in euro games. But both fighs is so strange. And scores are crazy. Sometimes i don't understand kickboxing's umpires.

  I agree, ITF should eliminate heavy contact rule. Taekwondo is a combat sport and this doesn't allow the competitors to show their full potential.

  Why in itf hq poland don't use the spin Kicks often? It is good counter against front leg. As in fight ziga jamie Williams. Jamie counter the ziga's front leg by back kick. In itf hq austria, fighters spin a lot.

  Because in the othr itf, spin kicks have more value. In this itf they are used as you said, but not so much because is a high risk move.
