  i was at this, i went with my moms coworker as no one else wanted to go. he had a hash joint and i was so high i had to sit down every minute. i must have looked like a dick to the people behind me. Megadeth opened.

  I like what he said at the end of the description: "the rest of it's in the playing." Just because you can afford his signature guitar doesn't mean you will sound like him. Glenn is severely under rated in the pantheon of what is considered the greatest. Jimi Hendrix would say Glenn was a better guitar player because Hendrix was honest.

  Tipton is a very fluent guitarist, his runs are stellar. Also one only originator, duel guitar theatrics. Being much fuller sound, with versitile rythym, alao lead breaks shared amongst both guitarists. Very first group to patent this double excursion. Attended 1986, and glenn beyond expectations within entire arena. My favorite within his collection guitars, the white strat, second favorite the hamer sfrat body.

  I finally got to see them live in 04 was a dream come true. Every member(except Dave R.I.P.) back in the 80's i was too young then, (and when halford left, i didnt care to see them)but in 04 they were as awesome as ever. Such a shame that the heavy metal scene is practically dead now( or maybe im just old ),but the newer versions of metal just dont have the raw talent of these Hard Rock Royals like JP.

  Glenn TIPTON, the MAESTRO, is one of the most talented musicians and gifted soloists in rock history. Glenn's playing and songwriting are a testament to his amazing abilities. I wonder if there is a high definition copy of this video. This video is pure gold. Long live the LEGENDARY Glenn TIPTON.

  lmao, the black strat at the end when he goes back to the other strat he showed to compare weight. He says he doesnt know whats inside but the black one is heavier... WELL Glenn, the black strat does have a Khaler where the other one doesnt. so thats my guess on why its heavier.. lol

  I seen Judas priest in the 80s, there the foundation for Slayer, but also known for a lot of innovations and guitar licks on solos preferably beyond the realms of death when you pull off on a string and you tap on it, it gives you that sustained harmonic sound that be all love he did a lot of things that no other guitar player did. You'll be sorely missed!

  Amazing the scope and breadth of music Judas Priest made from 1969 through the 90's into the new century. The way they have progressed and defined the times is as influential as anyone ever. Long live Glenn Tipton. All the best!! Keep rockin Metal Godz!!!

  i jumped to the front of a gig after it had finished because, Glen Tipton was shaking people`s hands, i was fortunate to be one of those people, i own a genuine Guitar Pic from the man himself, he`s a legendary Judas Priest guitarist 🤘
