Appreciate the feedback…but I’m not convinced. We look at the majority of our brothers it is clear they’re not doing anything at home either. It’s a minority of men who take health and fitness seriously, be at the gym or at home. My frustration stems from the zero effort regarding this topic. Not even willing to invest a couple of days a week. Unacceptable, as we continue to play the victim card and get bullied on a global level. May Allah SWT give all of us the strength we need to change our ways and protect one another. Ameen.
