While dove hunting in the desert south of Yuma, Arizona last year, I saw an ocelot, a female, through my binoculars. Watched her for almost 15 minutes. Hopefully Arizona Game & Fish officials will leave them alone - AZ G&F killed "Macho B", an elderly jaguar, by darting it with a tranquilizer known to have detrimental effects on older animals with renal disease.
