With the upgrade are you still using the PTFE tube? It doesn't look like that gets installed on the new copper head.

It makes it a lot easier if you do install it again but you do have to cut it down to be about 30 mm long it pretty much acts as a guide

I've been using the Monport 50W Fiber Laser for a few months now and I'm really impressed. The 300x300mm work area is perfect for my projects, and the laser itself is incredibly powerful and accurate. Setup was a breeze, and the software is easy to use. Overall, it's a great value for the price and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and versatile fiber laser engraver.

I have an Ender 5 Pro that I haven’t used for ages, have been looking at all the X1C, K1 Max and K2 a lot recently. Anyway, I just ordered a Sonic pad to get it back up and running after watching this instead of just buying a Bambu or K1, as I’d rather not let the Ender 5 go to waste! I’ll probably get a K2 later in the year for the multifilament support and larger build volume.

I have both of my k1 printers problem with bed , there is gap between walls and problems with under extruding. I bought 20 days now 2 Bambu p1s and I solve all my problems. Creality lose the game.

Hi, today I will share my very bad experience with the company Two Trees. I have had the TS 2 for some time, a little over a year, and I am satisfied with it. However, I am not satisfied with the company's conduct. Except for one single instance when the support responded immediately and the problem was resolved, communication has been a nightmare. Repeated urgings and week-long waits for a response are not uncommon, but the last experience is truly a gem: My Z-axis cable broke, so I requested a new one. I explicitly stated the type of laser and that it was an expansion kit for the Y-axis, so I needed a long cable. The support responded relatively quickly, and on April 10th, I ordered all the spare cables. When I found out on May 20th that the order had not even been shipped, I politely inquired via email when they would ship it and when I could expect it. On May 23rd, I angrily scolded the After Sale support via WhatsApp. An hour later, I received a notification about the shipment. The next day, I was told via WhatsApp to contact colleagues from the pre-sale department. Not a word of apology, let alone a discount on the next purchase. A week later, I received the spare cables. Today I found out that the replacement cable is 20 cm shorter. The laser from TwoTrees is a successful product, but the stupidity, amateurism, and idiocy of the employees degrade the quality of the product. Sorry, but I had to get this out.

This laser machine offers exceptional performance and versatility, allowing me to work on a wide range of projects with precision and efficiency. Whether I'm engraving metals, cutting acrylics, or marking plastics, the Monport laser delivers consistent results every time. Plus, the compact size of the machine makes it perfect for my workshop space.

I made the upgrade (Neptune 3+) with the solid copper heat block, all Metal Bimetal Heatbreak Copper & Titanium, and the ptfe tube. Halfway through a next print it blocked up and I had to take it apart again. What might have caused it with Elegoo PLA? Also, I am doing a flat print and the surface is now not as smooth as it was before the upgrade. Any thoughts what I am doing wrong? UPDATE: I cannot get it to print successfully now. A print starts and after a while no more filament comes out. I am so frustrated. @randymay

Then I tried to use a screw extractor and cracked the whole block 🤦 This video helped me with the disassembly and it also gave me some tips when I'm gonna buy a new one. Thanks for the great video /Bo Ps. The problem was a bulge in the filament so the extruder couldn't feed it in. I of course realized this efter I broke the nozzle.
