Pest Interceptors

Pest control in the U.K. is changing! Honey Bee removals and relocations! Getting rid of rats and mice without poisons!
The Pest Interceptors are committed to ridding the U.K. of all of it's pest problems, no matter how big or small!
This channel follows us destroying wasp and hornet nests, stopping rats and mice in their tracks, catching moles, killing cluster fly infestations, removing bees to safety. It's not glamorous, but its gotta be done!
The Pest Interceptors specialise in removing and relocating bees.
We remove and relocate bumblebees that have set up their homes in your homes & gardens, we will even move the nest entry point of a bumblebee colony so that humans and bees can live in peaceful harmony.
RELOCATING HONEY BEE COLONIES IS WHAT WE REALLY LOVE!
Removing a Honey bee colony from a chimney, or, from walls or wherever else these amazing creatures set up home is always a challenge, sometimes rather painful for us! #pestcontrol #pestcontroldevice #howtogetridofrats

What we used to with ants growing up. Get an ice cream container filled with water and a rock in the middle. Then the ants would have to swim on the rock to survive. If they made it through that gauntlet they would be showered with fresh fruits and honey then relocated to a beautiful forest. The others would face their demise.

I know the reason behind this law that makes such traps a criminal offence down there. 1. When a rat is caught in the glue trap (or glue board, as the Brits and UK people would say), it starts to squeal and squeal without end. Relentless squealing means - suffering, and if it is long enough - this is a bit like animal cruelty. 2. As the rat tries to pull away from the glue, the stuck glue is like Krazy glue with cyanoacetate - the glue bonds to the rat's skin instantly! So every time the rat tries to pull away from that, the skin is ripped apart from the rat, causing hemorrhaging. This can lead to the rat potentially being rabid. The rat then tries to bite parts of its skin to try to free itself - but it gets worse - leads to more bleeding, and more suffering. 3. The excrement also gets ejected from the rat as it cannot get out of the trap to excrete waste at other places too. This means a high risk of getting histoplasmosis or even rabies. 4. When the rat dies (usually after 8 hours, not fast), you see the blood, potential waste and it is just plain gross. To throw out that dead rat in the trap, you cannot touch the rat or the glue. You need to cover it in a bag just to avoid getting sick.

@@PestInterceptors Looked at the law, and the penalties applied for violators are equivalent to a first-degree misdemeanor in the United States in any state. In the UK, the offence of illegal traps will be called a gross petty crime. Fines of up to $5000 pounds or so and/or up to a year in the gaol is a stiff penalty for perpetrating such cruelty there. Dead serious. You are stuck with a criminal record and you know what happens when this happens. You may not even get a future job!

It is like committing theft in the UK, which will mean the same legal consequences. Those traps.

These bugs have been plaguing my apartment. I first noticed one in a hairbrush. Thought it was just a lump of hair, until it started to wiggle. Then started finding them hiding in the nooks of the carpet. Got professionals in to spray the apartment. 2 months later and I have seen a couple of larvae and 1 beetle. I vacuum frantically and spray areas I suspect they could be hiding (including under the fridge, couch, etc). Aside from getting professionals in again (which I will do), is there anything I can do to as a deterrent or to lure them out from their hiding spots?
